Hi there.
I don't think it is good idea for an 14 years old to have long term relationship with an 19 years old.
14 years old should have a relationship with someone who is his/her age.
its not safe for you to do that at all. Because you dont know if this person is really 19 or if the person is 90 it not safe to be talking on the inernet period you see this site is ok because there is no one really talking to each other alone its just an advise site. And its illegal so no its not a good idea.

Well it depends if you know the person and you ahve seen her before but no its not safe for you to do that at all.
