I mean I dont do it every hour or anything but does it really get annoying ?

me and my husband say I love you to eachother often, and it doesn't get annoying for me and him, we just think it's a sweet thing, and will make you feel close with eachother.

Yes, it IS annoying. Once a day is Plenty.

not for my husband and me. we say it so much often a day till we loss count of it. the only time my husband gets annoyed with me is when he says, "love you" and i don't have any reactions or response.

If you say something continuouslly, it becomes meaningless over time and just becomes something you say, like Hi.
It means more when said less often and when you REALLY mean it.
