i have been loookinf for a lad for ages i want someone to share things with and be with if u no what i mean help please?

It depends on what kind of lad you're looking for. If you want someone more reserved and quiet, I would most likely try a library or school. If you want someone that is more of an extravert, try going to a club. It all depends on what type you want then you'll will most likely but not always find it in those places.
