Ive narrowed it down to 3 things:
1. she's interested in you
2. she is wondering why you keep looking at her
3. she is checking to see if you are checking her out and if you are, she likes the ego boost
So which of these is the reason MOST of the time? Keep in mind this is in a club/bar setting.

Your right on all accounts.
So from personal experience i shall share with you this: for me eye contact is another language in itself. it depends on the gaze but a long look means she is interested. so whatever you're doing don't stop. but also eye contact has a lot to do with a "connection" if you are talking about a serious topic or working then its most likely not a big thing. but "that look" is a big sign that she is interested not necessarily that she likes you.

Probably she is interested in you because if she was not then she would avert her gaze with a distressed look on her face. Option 3 could be it too. There are women who would want you to want her but would not want you. Stay away from this one. If she will not give to you then do not feed her childish ego.

Depends on the look, if she deverts her eyes when you make eye contact, likely #2. If she holds your gaze for a period of time, likely #3. If she glances away then back, likely #1. Just a generalization, not every woman is the same.

If she's not making a disgusting face when she's looking at you then she is definitely interested. You need to find something to talk to her about and just go up and start a conversation. Good Luck
