there is this really sweet and nice guy that i like a lot. i try to talk to him a lot ( i only see him sundays and wednesday.) and was thinking. maybe i should ask him if we could IM sometimes. (i have known him for over 4 years) so guys, would u like it if a girl asked u this? or would u be creeped out? we r friends and he knows me really well. plzzz help!! (i am shy)

Ok. If you want the whole scoop, you can read any or all of my Q's. I bet there are 100 about all this stuff. Anyways, here's the abridged version: we start going out, hit it off HUGE! Not sparks, fireworks. Things going great. Few months pass, she grows distant. We talk. And talk, and talk. You get the idea. For the next 3 mos, it's hit or miss w/ her, my feelings grow deeper. And I really think hers have to for me. Turns out she's got something in her past between us, not her fault, but she's not past it, either. I know this much but don't know specifics. I have ideas based on her approach to me (we start to get close, she backs away, we get closer, she shies further away. Bizzare) But, now she has decided it is best if she is single right now as she claims she "will only hurt me" which I think she really believes yet she texts me like crazy. I want to be w/ her and will lay it all out for her soon. My Q: since she won't tell me what's in the way, can I tell her I may already know?

If the first time a guy you met called you, and he played a joke, lets say, "hey I found this number written at a bar saying for a good time call..." would that be funny (granted if she didnt recognize your voice) I think it would be hilarious, but then again...perhaps a more mild style, like I found your dog and argue about whether it is hers or not and then be like, oh how embarasing i got the numbers mixed up....

you should always be nice to EVERYONE b/c you never know when they are gonna die.

What is a good poem for this girl that i was d8ing n i had to move 500 miles away n break up....?

There's a guy I can't stop thinking about
everytime I talk to him on MSN...all of a sudden I can't think of what to type...I just freeze...and when I'm around him in person...I look like an idiot....b/c I'm so kiddy lol and then again I'm at a loss of words
He's asian...and my sister telling me how she can't wait to see my walk in the house with a nice black boyfriend...both her and my dad are like that...everyone else in my family is fine with any race
and then there people who say things...like "it's so rare to see a black girl and an asian guy" or "asian guys don't like black girls"
it's hard to ignore them...he told me that he liked me before...but I don't know anymore- I think he knows I like him even though I never told him
How do I just relax....just calm down & not make a fool of myself?

really close and intimate with eachother, it was one of those relationships that whenever we got together, we couldn't keep our hands off eachother. It seemed like our relationship was not progressing, anytime id try to talk to him about anything deeper, he would just avoid me which got very frustrating. Finally I just had had enough and I ended it, i told him if we couldn't communicate we weren't going to go anywhere. Was I wrong to end it for that reason?

I'm so confused right now in my life. I was raped about 6 months ago, but I have healed completely. I am very much over it and its just now apart of my past. But I was a virgin before it happened and I haven't dated since. I'm not sure if I can be intimate with a guy unless we date for a long time. The reason for that has only half to do with what happened, the other because I'm incredibly self conscious (even though I have never been called ugly). Though I really do feel like I have a lot more to offer a relationship other than sex.

My real question is, am I ready for a relationship? Or should I just wait until Im totally comfortable with sexual contact?

Fellas, If your girlfriend whom you live with were to wake you up at say 2 or 3am to have passionate sex with her, and if she were ready and willing to do certain things for you.... would you be mad at her and not want to do it because you get up to get ready for work at 7? I've been with my girlfriend for half an year, and we like each other very much. Last week we went to a mountain hunting for rabbits and I unfortunately fell off from a tree 'cause it was snowing and everythins was slippery. My leg got cut by the tree trunk, so she took off my pants. I was wearing a pair of pantyhoses because my friend told me a pair of pantyhoses are very good for your body to keep warm when you do something in clod winter outside. But my girlfriend got so annoyed by that, she thought that I have some mental problem. I tried very hard to explain to her but she didn't listen to me at all. Relationship question. My girlfriend of the past 4 plus years is behaving strangely. We have been on and off again for the past year plus. We split up per her decision of not trusting me, although she was the one being secretive with new friends, hanging out with different crowds etc. Facts are that she has shared herself with another, maybe more than one guy. I have also done this with a woman as it was a one night stand. From snooping I found that she had developed feelings for this gent. as he was a true player and used her for the sex. I am trying to get back into her life now, she is accepting the time and care I give to her but seems she is incrediblyt selfish. She has time for me when her friends dont have a "night out planned". I see pics of her being warm and friendly to many old college friends, male of course. She gets numerous calls, voice mails and takes her phone with her everywhere. i really really like this guy.. for like 3 years now. and at some point, i'm pretty sure he liked me too. we started out as friends, talking at parties and such... and he'd made attempts to hold my hand and made jokes about "the two of us". but a few years have gone by now and i only see him in the halls. i can almost "feel" the connection from the past. and he'll focus on me in the crowd, and is extra quiet around me. and if we ever talk, he'll stare at my lips. (my friends tell me all this- before they even knew i liked him) he's really shy and according to my friends, doesn't treat anyone like he treats me. he's had a few girlfriends before, but they've always been the ones to ask. anyway, i was wondering how i could get him to loosen up around me WITHOUT actually asking him out right away. I am currently in a fresh relationship with a guy for the past few months. The relationship is long distance and I have gone to see him. Recently the relationship has gotten a little quiet meaning: He does not call and if I do either he wont answer or He will rush the convo. I need advice. I seem to ave a handle on my life professionally, I have a good job?
I own my own house and have a very good work ethic. I've never looked to a man to take care of me, I've always been fiercely independent and anything I've wanted, I've worked hard and gone for. I just don't get my personal life, have I put myself in a position that men are not interested in me?
