Oh Hell yes.. if you are thinking about it ---- then do it.. if he means that much to you.. then show it.. it doesn't look needy to show that you think they are special enough to warrant a gift from you.
Do the K.I.S.S. though, and I will put it politely, (Keep It Simple SILLY)... a small item worth no more than $10.00 .. and he will know you care, and that you are thoughtful enough to remember that he wanted you to be his girl a month ago from that date
A gift idea?.. maybe you send him a pizza at his work place with his fav toppings, or get him a junkfood basket from a florist.. not flowers though, most guys frown on girly things, they can be embarrasing.

You sound like you are very happy with your boyfriend. The gift, I think would be a bad idea though. If you were my girlfriend and you did that for me, I would be uncomfortable about it. First of all there is no such thing as a one-month anniversary. Anniversaries happen yearly--period. But that doesn't mean that wanting to do something special for him to celebrate the fact that you've been together for a whole month is unwarrented. You sound like a very nice person with a very sweet heart. One that he should feel very lucky to have met. But personally, I would just tell him that you are very happy that the two of you met, and that you've never been happier. That will make him feel very good--much better than if he received a small gift. The small gift idea might leave him feeling uncomfortable. Uncomfortable because he didn't think to get you a gift too, and then, uncomfortable with being faced with the task of figuring out what he can buy you to reciprocate. Material gifts are very tricky. Better to remind him of your love for him. That's a gift that no man who loves you will ever feel uncomfortable about receiving.

Are you kidding, why?
Sorry, but one month is no time at all. Why would you be getting him a gift?
And if someone deserves a gift in a relationship it is the woman. Havent you heard of playing hard to get and a mans chivalry. At one month the man should still be bringing you flowers.
Especially, if he is trying to win you over. Maybe this sounds old fashion but the man should try to win the woman not the other way around.
No gift it gives a bad message (that he has you lock stock and barrel).

hanky panky. hahaha. just kidding. sure, you might as well. some guys hate flowers and would be offended by them. but i dated a girl that gave me 3 roses and a poem 7 days after i had met her. but then again, i saw her 6 out of those 7 days. we broke up within 3 months, but i just saw her again a few nights ago even though we haven't dated in like 6 months. so yeah, just don't go over the top. it also depends on how old you guys are. if you're in high school, don't spend more than a week's worth of minimum wage income (like from a mcdonald's job or something). hope this helps! :)

I wouldn't...chicks put WAY more emphasis on the 'anniversary' thing than dudes do...and if it's only been a month then it's not really "set" yet...if you make it past the 6 wk mark, then you can probably consider yourself his girlfriend, if you are sure he's not dating anyone else...

it would be sweet to show him that you remembered. Something goofy to make him smile, or maybe something like a cd he said he wanted. Nothing more than about 20 bucks though
