I am 16 years old in highschool. I kinda look like my icon, 5'10, skinny, and kinda strong. I want to be able to talk to girls more. And also about dating. I havent had a girlfriend, but have went on a couple of dates with my friends and his girlfriend, and her friend. (but i didnt talk, didnt know what to say or what to talk about). I can be myself around friends, but not in school. But recently i have been more outgoing and speaking more. But it comes and goes to my mood. Its not so much that i am shy. But i think more of... i dont know. I can talk to anygirl about anything else, but have never really been able to ask a girl out myself, and i dont ever know what to talk about. I want to get more dates and talk more, and to show my true personalitly, fun, nice, outgoing. I dont know really what to do. Any comments will help. but really its up to me if i wannta change...thanks

thanks for the comments and help guys and gals... ive asked her why she does this and she replies that she doesnt know why, that its just a feeling she has. when we break up its for no reason at all just that she gets a feeling over night. we stopped talking like 4 days ago and have had no communication, but she still has the key to my house and some of my stuff that she hasnt give me back,which means i know she is gonna come back. im not saying that im gonna take her back cuz im not looking to play games anymore im looking for a real girl. shes a really sweet girl, maybe like some of u said shes just depressed or crazy. i dont know

would you date a kind, caring, sweet, rich, accepting, brown haired brown eyed 5'1 83lb gymnast with perfect white teeth?? I'm currently in a realtionship right now, and I'm not sure that I want to be in it anymore! I'm missing my Ex boyfriend. I left and went back to an ex. Well at that time I thought it was the best thing. Now I realize what I left behind. He knows I miss him and we talk from time to time. I found out this morning that my step dad (married to my mom for 3 years) has two other kids in New York that he has been keeping a secret.

I saw a post on Answers the other day that had a link to http://background-records.net/ Well, I was bored this weekend so I started checking it out. I entered various names and when I entered my step dad's name it listed a group of family names (including my mom, my sister, and myself). There were several other names listed that I was not familiar with. After checking the birth records on the site I discovered that my step dad is their father! The other kids are 12 and 14.

I am positive that my mom does not know this info. I am afraid she will be heart broken. Should I tell her or just pretend like nothing happened? I really don't know what to do.

In 6th grade I curled my hair and he would call me affrow and a lil bit in 7th too, but now he wont look at me and I don't think he likes my guy friend (from my first Q) anymore cause he always tell him to shut up and stuff like that. But his dad works with my step dad and one night (after he had a few drinks) my step dad told me that the guy actually liked me and I was like "No way!" cause to me he is in the in crowd, I thought he only liked blonds, and I thought he hated me. Because one day on my bus (we ride the same bus) he just looked at me and I thought like a million knifes was stabbing me all over. Why was that? So does he like hate me or like me or neither? And also I just like him, but I also just hate him cause I guess he wouldn't consider going out with me. Can someone please tell me whats going on (in ur point of veiw or whatever)? I was raised by my mom to be a nice guy and recently I have learned nice guys are a turn off for young woman. It's like any woman under 35 wants nothing but bad boys. Seeing how I have never been able to get a date I think this philosophy is probably true. Should I try to become more of a bad boy or what?

I know she is lying to me about a couple of inaproppriate relationships, and is a pro at hiding them. I cant trust her at all but I do still love her. My heart is broken inside me and she acts like she could care less that she's hurting me. she wont touch me physical and says its my fault for cause of the things I say when I get mad. I met this guy who worksat my local starbucks one night with my friends. Im not sure if he remembers me but i think he is really cute and I go there almost everyday for coffee in the morning. He sometimes acts like he remembers me but sometimes he doesnt. I dont know what to say or do around him. I just order my coffee and leave.

I gave my bf a second chance after all his lies and dating site escapades. He promised he wouldnt do that stuff anymore. Sure enough, he did. I caught him red-handed by setting up a fake profile that he responded to.

I want to break up with him, but i'm in south carolina and he's in ohio, and i dont know if its worth my while to drive up there tommorow and confront him with the proof in person. It'll be a lot of time and money, but at the same time i think i could use the closure. What do you think?

I need all the answers I can get. I know this is the best thing, but it's hard giving the cold shoulder to someone you care for. But anyways...

After 6 mos she said she needed some time to "refind" herself on Friday, then texted me about 20 times each of the last couple of days. It was cool, I responded, but just being sorta friendly only, at least for a while. I finally told her I was going out tonight and said I figured it'd be too late for her but she was welcome to come, too. She declined politely. I want this girl back when she's ready but she's stringing both of us along (I'm not really mad but frustrated). So, when she texts me tomorrow and asks how my night was, I think I'll just say, "It was good." and leave it at that. Too cold or just right?
