the best way to find the best people is to not actually look for them. just live your life your normal way, and you will run into someone great. maybe at the grocery store, or coffee shop. keep your eyes open, but don't go on a woman hunt.

first of all, don't act so desperate. Secondly, don't just go up 2 a girl and say " will u b my girl friend", you havee 2 go slow. Things u hav 2 do are: shave,wear CLEAN clothes,
do something kool w/ your hair( spike, gel etc. But don't over gel!) smell good, and most of all FLIRT!!!
take it from me ( I'm a girl) we luv it wen guys flirt w/ us!!
u also have 2 go somewhere w/ LOTS of girls like the mall.
Then if you see som1 that u like already flirting w/ u, then flirt back! Good Luck!!!

I hear you usually find them when you're not looking.
You might also want to ask yourself "why" you want a girlfriend. Is it because you just want someone to hang out with? Or because you want to find a life partner? Do you just want someone to mess around with?
If you're not looking for a "life partner", then why not just hang out with friends. Avoid the adting scene all together.
If you want to find someone to "mess around with", then you better be pretty upfront about that in your quest ;) Otherwise the girl will probably end up hurt and hating you.

First off like everyone said, don't act desperate. Just be yourself and approach girls who you seem attracted to. If it works great! If it doesn't move on. You will find someone in the end.

Take showers daily, brush your teeth at least twice a day, be a gentleman (i.e. courteous, respectful of women), be friendly, and most importantly, be CONFIDENT. Women like confidence. And bear in mind, you can be confident without being cocky or an a$$ or anything like that.

hmm.. first off, dont TRY to get a girlfriend unless you have a certain somenoe or a few ppl in mind, its just stupid to want a girlfriend just to have one. and two, be sweet, and kind. girls like that.

Yea, usually you'll find that girls start coming after YOU just when you've stopped looking, it's weird but usually the case.
