I met this guy who worksat my local starbucks one night with my friends. Im not sure if he remembers me but i think he is really cute and I go there almost everyday for coffee in the morning. He sometimes acts like he remembers me but sometimes he doesnt. I dont know what to say or do around him. I just order my coffee and leave.

You could strike up a conversation with him about his job, or make a joke. If you make him laugh or do something nice, you will leave an imprint on him, and he will remember you. So then the next time you come in, you can continue it on by bringing the same topic up. Another possibility, is that he is shy, and thinks that you are very cute as well...
