lol that happened to me to. it depends though. DOES he always look at you and smile at you? And, is it ONLY you that he does that to? If he only does it to you, and gives other girls different treatment, then YEAH he likes you. Talk to him, make a move. Maybe you two could end up dating :]

why dont you go up to him and say hi?! he might be a little shy, or think that you are out of his reach. break the ice, make friends, and then see where is goes from there!

No, he doesn't like you. If he liked you, he would hang around you and ask you out. He would go out of his way to spend time with you.
