always stand behind your daughter.if you are seperated there has to be a reason ex's are ex's for a reason .i know it still hurts to here that he is kissing someone else, it will for awhile but one day soon it wont hurt anymore.if he is kissing someone else he isnt waiting to see if you guys are going to work things out he is already on the hunt to fill his bed with another warm body.it really [seems] so easy for guys to move on doesnt it,sad to say.
i feel for you and your daughter it isnt easy ending a relationship.it is like you are mourning a death or something ,but if you keep hanging on and having sex the idea of someday you might get back together is always there .you dont get any closure on the relationship ,but if you make a clean break, end it and move on, it is better for everyone if he keeps coming back, it gives the kids false hope and tears them up over and over again.end it and the healing starts and the kids can start making a knew relationship with the absent parent on the weekends.and if this is all going on and you get back together, then 5 years down the road you really end it you will kick yourself for wasting more years with a person you had problems with for ever.and also the younger the kids are the easier it is for them to adjust to a divorce as they get older they have a harder time.and also try not to ask your child about what goes on with the ex when she's around him ,it puts her in a bad position because if ya'll fight about it she will think it is her fault.children dont need any guilt trip do they. sorry for the seperation. good luck hope this helps ya...

Your daughter is most likely telling the truth. Why would she lie? She's 5 years old. Your broken up so that's really not cheating. Sleeping with him while you still have feelings will clearly make the situation more complicated. Decide if he's out or he's in.

Trust me believe your daughter. I am going through the same situation now my is also 5 years old, and I ask my son and he tells me stuff about his dad and this other girl. My ex have been denying it, but now he wants to get back with me and he is just telling all the truth I knew all along.

Your little daughter wouldn't make something like that , believe her and if he has been kissing and doing what you say you can bet your boots, he has been sleeping around or is thinking about it. You may still care but I maybe wrong but all this kissing leads to all one thing. he'll be or has been fanning them covers.

I would still care only cause he is my child's father but if you just split up five weeks ago that means he already had her when he was with you.
