So as you may know if you saw my last question that I recently got dumped by my boyfriend of almost 2 years. Im very devistated, I miss him very much. But tonight I was with one of my guy friends who I used to like and I don't know something inside me kinda was feeling like I could like him again. He asked me on a date and I said maybe. Is it too soon to date someone else, its only been 2 weeks. Am I just lonely or could this really be something? help!

I have been out of a physical/verbal abusive relationship for 8 years now. After the break up - I had him arrested - I fell into a pattern of self-abuse - drinking too much, pot smoking on occasion. Well its been 3 years since I gave up the party girl habits and I feel damn good about myself - maybe the best I've felt in my life. BUT...I just don't trust men not to be jerks. I get asked out/hit on on a fairly regular basis - but I just am not motivated to let my guard down or get to know a guy because I've just seen too much bad behavior. I don't want to be this cynical for the rest of my life. Any advice on how I can start to trust again and good places to meet nice guys? They have to exist, right? I mean, my brother is a great guy.

I have a great relationship with all my exes-as friends. It's good to know that they are doing well and are happy, and i think the fact that we have spent a year or more as the most important people in each other's lives is not something that should be thrown away forever. so why does the person that was once a particularly important one, as in, the person who was closest to 'the one' in so many ways, not want to have anything to do with me anymore? it's not to do with lack of feeling, i know that, because we were as close as any two people could be. but now..well...it's as though he would rather pretend I never existed, and i don't understand why. i don't WANT anything from him, I'm happily engaged. I just care about him is all, and find it hard to understand why he is happy to not know or care or respond to me in any way when at one stage all that mattered was me to him and him to me. hmm what do you think?

We have our marriage license, but i see he's back on the dating sites the day we got our license asking women for sex and wanting to marry them.I made a profile as another woman[the only way to catch him]and it hurt like hell to see him talking to this woman [really me] saying "I have no girlfriend" and "I love you & want to marry you". He works at a church run shelter so I turned his *** in for doing this from a Christian shelter.They fired him.Now I feel guilty. He even sent pics of his dick to this woman, taken from the church shelter. Boy, the director was pissed. Did I do the right thing? I needed the truth for once & in 3 years of this I've NEVER heard the truth. Also what do you think about him contacting other women after planning our wedding???? I'm a mess.

its like ever since i got with him as far as i could remember is that... he has always put me at the bottom.... there was alway something more important to him... like if ... i wanted to spend time with him.. and id ask.. hed chose his friends over me... its like i asked him.. if he loved me hed say yes... but then when i askd him to compare with how much.. he says something.. like... not that much.... he always tells me that i love him more than he loves me... and i honestly dont think that its fair... that im with someone that doesnt love me equally. so today i askd him... who do you love more.. his car... or me... he told me that i can leave at ne time... and that his car.. will leave when he tells it tooo... he even puts his car in front of me.. on our anniversary.. he was ont he fone more than half the time... he said that it was business... but i think that since its our anniversary.. i should at least get some sort of attention... but i didnt.. his friends alawyas come first

There's this girl whom I work with. I'm kinda sweet on her and I think the feeling may be mutual. She is always way more friendly to me than most. Always laughs at my jokes. Sometimes I detect she's a little nearvous around me in a cute way. She busts my B**ls in a friendly sorta way with practical jokes and stuff. I'd love to know if she really does like me or wether its just my imagination. Does anybody have any suggestions how to find out without directly asking her or getting any friends involved as I can do neither.
