Singles & Dating - 2 November 2006

this sunday I tried to call her-she was at work & could not talk
she said. she was away mon&tues out of town, I called her
yesterday (wed.) about 715pm, and she said she was at the gym
and would call me back- she never called back.
I tried to call her back about 930pm- and she never picked up.
I have already invested time-in this-so I have nothing to lose.
If she was not interested, all she had to say was I think you're nice, but etc.etc.etc.....She is an older woman-in her late 30's and
she is not a young immature girl- so why would she just not
say she was not interested if that was the case.???

I am going to try to call her-for my peace of mind- in case
she got back late from the gym and did not want to call too late
etc.etc...I think she owes me the decency of at least
saying she is not interested if she is not...

Any suggestions (helpful) that anyone has for me??
I would rather call and have her say no&, and know for sure,
instead of playing mind games

I had an argument with close female friend, where I asked her why she started acting strange towards (only me) me e.g. practically ignoring me for a week(where we chat every 2 days usually).She said it wasn't me, just other stuff on her mind. At the same time she thought I was dating a girl.Coincidence?

I told her that I'll give her some space and lose contact for awhile, to give her the opportunity to deal with whatever was bothering her. She replyed by saying: "if you want to,if thats what you want,if you're comfortable with that". I was quite surprised by her reaction(sseing we're close friends) was she trying to say something?? (have made up since)

We were meant to meet at the wkn, but that there wouldn't be any serious conversations and that we'd meet if "I still want to"?Is trying to say something with the comment "if you want to/still want to?" (even though I made no reference I wanted to)

for 2 weeks a guy has called me everyday. no talk of relationship stuff, dating or anything. just an hour or two conversation about music movies work blah blah..... he came home for his week off (he works out of town for 3 weeks and is off for a week) and i didnt hear from him the whole week. he went back to work 3 days ago. i dont understand. he said something about comin to see me on his days off.... what should i think?????

My friend is in a relationship with this guy she has been dating for a little over a year and since summer started he began to act kind of weird with her. He never called her and they hardly even did anything over the summer and now that highschool has started up again he's been talking and flirting with a lot of other girls and he never hugs or kisses her anymore, he never even says i love you when he always used to do that. I really need help with this i can't stand to see her this way she is thinking all this is ok but i don't think it is. he hardly even agnowloges (can't spell) her in the hallway.......it makes me see mad to see her in a relationship like this. Gazing, shoulder touching, chest poking and from the back, shirt being nice compliments, a hug outta nowhere, sitting down close shoulder to shoulder distance are some things i can think of. (Ive known her for 1.5 months or so now)

Yes, i may be stupid but hey, im a guy. What im worried about is if ive lost my chance and that she's lost interest. Im so interested in her yet being shy, i withdraw myself or i guess look cold. Now, all of these are dissapearing and its making me wonder - was she/is interested ? If she was, could she still be eventhough its so discouraging now ?

well, i was at my bf's and was having fun-no, not that kind of fun, but just watching a movie fun! so i tell my bf i love you and he says it back and then i asked him if he has loved anyone as much as me or more than me.
