To all the guys out there that ask questions about being a gentleman, and why women don't recipricate to your gentlemanly conduct. The moment you do something for a woman such as buy her flowers, open doors, etc.....and anticipate a reward for such action (either her to like you, or become your gf, or expect a big kiss, or sex.) you cease being a gentleman.
Women have a sixth sense when it comes to such things and they can smell the "where's my reward" thing from miles away.

Who do you think is more likely to make a value judgment on the actions of the opposite sex?

If you chose your own sex as the more judgmental one, do you feel as if you're one of the culprits, and do you feel any shame about it?

I'm not an academic, I'm an administrator so there is no tutor-student issue to worry about. I know that if a student dated a professor it would be frowned upon. What about me? I'd really like to date one of these girls because they are stunning and aged 18-21. I'm 30. I feel a little sleazy about this but should I? I'm just a reasonably nice man surrounded by hundreds of attractive young women. What do you think everybody?

okay i need some pointers. when i was a freshman i liked this girl a lot and i think she liked me cause everytime i talked to her she couldnt stop smiling, but i was too shy to ask her out in person. so i wrote her a note at the end of the year and gave it to her friend to give to her. then the next year she was in my geometry class and always smiled at me or even when she was around me, but didnt talk to me. then i wrote her another note because again just too many butterflies in my stomach. she still didnt say anything, so i wrote her another. but then later on that year her boyfriend wrote me a note saying to stop(i didnt know she had a boyfriend, she is never with him). i kind of gave up for a year, and now i am a senior. but now everytime she walks by me she kind of smiles, but doesnt look at me. Now im wondering if i should ask one of my friends to ask her or should i just give up. i have never felt like this before and even the thought of her makes my heart skip a beat.

I've known her since around kindergarten. We were pretty good friends from kindergarten to 2nd grade..then I moved and never saw her until this school year. We are in tenth grade now..and I sorta liked her in elementary school. Now that we are a bit older the whole "liking" thing isn't as "ooo he likes her/him hahaha" stuff anymore..everytime I see her she smiles at me, but I'm sure she probably just sees me as a friend. I want to ask her to homecoming..so should I straight ask her..or should I apply some other strategy? I still like her, but I just broke up with my girlfriend around a week ago. I'm over it now, but I don't know if she will go with me because I think my ex is one of her good friends, (not best friends though). Any advise, ideas, etc?

Every relationship that I get into, I have major trust issues and it only seems to get worse. I am currently dating someone I am in love with (have never been "in love before") and we talk about marriage frequently. He tells me he loves me all the time but I just don't trust him. I don't have any reasons to not trust him either. I have been like this in every single relationship I have ever been in where I don't trust the guy. What the hell is wrong with me??

I like this guy alot. Ive known him 2 months and I just feel like I am in love. He says he feels it too. Im in college and I hope that when I am done we can get married and have children etc. The only thing is I am a carribean lady and he is middle eastern. Our cultures are SO different. He hangs out with alot of carribean people but its not the same. I just think this makes us slightly incompatible for the long run. Is it possible for 2 people from 2 totally different worlds to be togther?

Or are you in lust? Have you been confusing that feeling inside with the wrong feling? Have you been lying to yourself this whole time, saying "I love you" when really there is no love there?

I know that all people feel empty at times, but is jumping around the way to fill that emptiness? Why can't any of us be satisfied with just one person?

My lady quit cutting her toenails a while back and she's torn up all the bed sheets with them now. Her nails are starting to cut through the ends of her shoes now, and my legs are all torn up from sleeping with her. I can't decide how to approach her about cutting them back.

The neighborhood kids aren't helping any by coming to the door every day asking her to help get their kites, toys etc... out of the trees. ( I think they get a kick out of how fast she can run up a tree with those claws she's grown.)

Okay , maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but you get the idea?

What can I do?

I have a friend who had long pretty hair. She decided to get a haircut just for a change. It was a cute cut just above her ears.

Right after she got the cut, we ran into a guy she knew. She was being friendly (not flirty or anything) and just saying hi and he acted like he didn't even want to look at her. She asked "Don't you like my new haircut?". He answered, "You look like an old lady" and walked away.

What's up? If guys see a pretty girl with short hair and a pretty girl with long hair, do they automatically go for the one with the longer hair?

Just curious.

I like this girl at work. She is older than me 5 years. My friend, who is 2 years younger than me, is saying that he wants to help me out with her but I personally think he wants to get in her panties. My feelings for her are serious but I dont think he is serious. I am just about an average looking guy and he is a well built hunk (playboy!). She hasn't given any clear indication as to whether she likes either him or me. What can I do in a situation like that? Try or quit? If so, why?

I am just curious about it, as a woman, this is not something I will ever experience. How horny do you have to be? How does it feel? How do you make it go away?

I know him for over 4 years and it was my idea to go somewhere together. He told me that he cares for me and that's is. He's not reacting on my messages. Is it possible that it's because I never sad I care for him???? What should I do now? Leave things their own way?
