Crying is not an automatic sign of guilt. Maybe she is hurt because she was accused of infidelity in the first place. The only way to know for sure is if she says it to be so.

It could just be the sign that she's dating a douche.
Sometimes people deny things because they're not true as well. And it can hurt to be accused of something like that by someone who is supposed to care about you.
