mainly in Europe because here in America guys are so shy but if you go to Europe any guy will come up to you and tell you how nice you look and ask you out which in America you can't tell if a guy likes you as much because they think it would be too weird to come up to someone and start talking to someone they think who is attactive which is another reason why I LOVE Europe!

i think it does, i met my partner in a hospital i was working in,he was a patient there, everybody said it was wrong,but we have been together for nearly 2 yrs and have o gorgeous baby boy who is 3 months old,so yeah it does exist
