I am just curious about it, as a woman, this is not something I will ever experience. How horny do you have to be? How does it feel? How do you make it go away?

Not always, but it IS a real phenomenon. Not sure what triggers it exactly, but it does seem to be when I've done almost everything (including intercourse) with a partner except "finish".

It does hurt, just sort of a general ache down there. The few times it's actually happened, I've, um, finished my business solo and that will clear the pain.

Hahaha...pretty funny! Well, they don't actually turn blue if that's what you're wondering...but if he's horny, but can't climax, then he's got all those hormones running around and will feel extreme frustration. As the vascular system filters them out of the system, he will return to 'normal'.

If he goes horny for a long enough time it will hurt him. Their is a lot of other stuff involved with the balls. It isn't a good idea for him to stay horny for a long abount of time.

But yes it is from a rather crude joke about the balls blowing out. try it out. you can make up your own reason why you had to stop and your own description of the effects.
The joke depends on the similarity of the words blue to blew and when you say his balls were blue then you need to put in the punchline which clarifies how loud, hard or far they blew.

Not always, it depends on how far along ya are towards intercourse. If you start having sex, then make your boyfriend/hubby stop before he finishes...that will usually do it.
It feels aweful, alot like getting kicked in the nards and sometimes it feels like "the boys" are cramping ...it is definately uncomfortable. Release, or a little time will make the feeling go away.

No. It has less to do with *how* horny you are, but how long your penis has been erect. The longer, the more likely "blue balls." It just goes away with time. Not long.
