Asking a guy what he likes in a girl is like asking someone their favorite music type. Fact is you're going to get a million different answers...but it doesn't matter. What matters is what HE likes. Evidentally, if he's flirting with you, you have what he likes.
The absolute best way to go about finding out if he likes you or not is to come right out and ask him. Away from his friends, in private, just ask him if he's into you.
No matter if the answer is good or bad, you'll know and it'll stop eating you up.

Apparently you and he get along so you have a friendship to base a relationship on. Ask yourself if you want to risk the friendship to make the move to a relationship because boys do not go back to being friends if they break up with you as a girlfriend. It's just beyond what they know.
That said, he appears to be comfortable with your friendship right now. He may find it odd that his friend all of a sudden becomes this kissy-face clone of the person he used to know. Let him decide if he wants to date. Be the best friend you know how to be and be happy when he gets the things he wants. Let him learn to admire the person you are becoming. Become a person he can admire. Guys like girls that are self-confident and able to handle day to day life with some maturity. They also admire the girls that pull good grades, guys admire the smart girls. Just ask. It's weird but it seems to be a pretty consistent reaction. Should he decide to spend some time with you alone, listen to what he has to say. Let him know that you appreciate him for just being himself. Time is an incredible thing in that it will move mountains and make men of boys. He may need a little more time to mature. Just be cool and be who you are, his friend.

i think of that your cousin is a splash creep. purely the indisputable fact that he keeps telling you to no longer tell all of us "what"? that he thinks that your especially? come on... nothin' incorrect with a cousin telling yet another cousin that he thinks she's especially till he's having unclean strategies AND he's desirous to concentration on those strategies. You had extra effective, a minimum of, stay a techniques, a techniques remote from this creepy crawly cousin... and that i'd propose which you tell a minimum of another relative approximately it.... your mom or dad, purely for defense.... he appears like he would desire to be somebody who purely would desire to pass off without warning. i'd somewhat err on the fringe of protection and look stupid than do no longer something and have something ensue and be unprepared..

Danielle, I think you are a danger to yourself. You should stop, while you are un-injured and give yourself several more years. Maybe someone needs to make Danielle cry. Cry some sense into your brain!
