friends for years and he's secretly liked me but he never went for it b/c he thought the chances of being w. me were slim only to find out that after all this time, I felt the same way back - I was the first girl he fell in love (he was surprinsingly "not shy" and very outgoing when we hooked up) with BUT "life challenges" (death, lost a close friend) and rumors/assumptions from friends made you us drift apart and it created tension and misundertandings BUT rather than giving up or seeking revenge, we worked it out and everything is starting to be better than before, the relationship grew (this happened in a 9 month span)
i wrote him a heartfelt letter telling him the truth and reminding him i was there for him and i really cared. After this, he would put up more pictures of me and him on his page. It was about 6 months since we saw each other & i noticed he was "cautious" in his behavior at times.He would txt me to ask my day and i said something that might have been suggestive of flirting (joking but didn't mean/realize it) and he didn't respond.
Hung out with him one day and in public he seemed normal - poke me if i said something silly, make fun of me but when we went to his house, he got quiet and more shy. He kept the door open in his room and when i hugged him bye he said, "i was supposed to wait 'til you got to your car"...and everytime i see him he says, "just hit me up"

i called him and he picked up and talked for 10 minutes...a few days after, i texted - he didn't respond back...couple days after that, i left him a msg asking about a class and he never called back...I thought everything was okay again...WHY IS HE ACTING LIKE THIS? compared to back in the day we would always talk and he's call back...did he change? what happened?

I have a really great roommate, but something has been bothering me lately and I want to know if my feelings are justified. Before we moved in together, we discussed the things that were important to us roommate wise, and the only thing I said was that I don't like having a roommate who has her boyfriend over all the time. She shared her roommate "deal breakers" with me too, and we agreed to respect each other's wishes. Well, now she's dating this guy and they spend the night at our place about 5 or 6 nights a week. And what bothers me even more is that he actually has his own place! I don't understand why they don't stay over there more often! Its not that I have a problem with him or anything; he's actually a really great guy. But like I told my roommate when I moved in with her, I signed up to live with *one* roommate, not two. Am I blowing this out of proportion? What do I do?

well actually
they got married after 2 weeks of being together
he moved in after 2 days of them being together

and hes really weird
theyve been married before and some things have happened that a kid the age i was at that time shouldnt have experienced i think you can get the picture from there

but now
10 years later
after the clothes are done washing he folds them and stuff and smells my underwear

like wtf i dont know what to do cuz if i yell at him my mom threatens to send me to jail

I meet so many people all the time and I feel little or no connection with them. I just feel they are bland or shallow and offer me nothing. I am sure they did not feel any chemistry with me either.

I wonder if other people feel such a lack of chemistry with the people they meet. I assume most people find it easier to find that personal connection, but maybe not.

What do you feel about most people you meet? Could you enjoy spending time with them or maybe be friends, or do you prefer they moved on outside your life?

iv already had boyfriends..

im 17 and going to varsity next year and she's gotten most of my aunts to come and advice me on guys..its kinda funny to watch them but i realised sooner or later i have to tell my mum the truth..

i really love my current boyfrind of a year and i know i have to tell my mum but i dunno how to..

right now iv narrowed it down to 2 choices:
1.tell my mum this is my first boyfriend and its a recent thing
or
2.tell her iv been with him for a year and iv had past boyfriends..

either way i know shes gonna have a fit..

iv always been close with my mum and told her everything..

i really want advice especially if u a mum..please tell me what to do..

I recently broke up with my boyfriend of 7 years, for cheating on me once, not moving onto the next step in 7 years and lying. I put up with all of it for a while, then I got so fed up in the end that I went out and met someone.

I was so sad, but wasn’t expecting to meet anyone great. This new guy turned out to be amazing. He’s really good looking, hard working, very sweet to me; we weren’t dating seriously, but we started having feelings for each other and seeing each other a lot.

The problem is my ex can’t let go. We keep talking to each other and meeting and stuff like that, I’ve been feeling really sad when I’m not with this other guy and also feel really bad for breaking up with my ex because he says he wants to change and to give him another chance. He keeps coming over unannounced and calling me. So I became very confused.

Now both my ex and the new guy found out about what has been going on. The new guy is now really pissed at me and won’t really give me another chance, and my ex still lingers trying to get me back. I’ve never cheated before, but I feel like I am. I want to do the right thing for everybody involved including me.

What do I do?

their kids if the kids know they won't get a beat down or a backhand?? kid mentality is about avoiding PHYSICAL punishment. they never care about what they do only that they got caught which is why their apologies are meaningless. once you give them a yard they take a mile. it's this liberal mentality that is to blame for the state of kids today. my sis and and I grew up old school and it's why we didn't do anything out of line. we got the backhand when we DESERVED it and we knew we did. it's not abuse it's DISCIPLINE. what do the rest of you think??

Okay I have been with my fiance for a year and half now and we are excepting a baby in Jan. He also has a son from a prior relationship (not Marriage) which I do not have a problem with at all. The problem that I am having is his ex. Like I said we have been together for a year and a half, and I have never met his son's mom. I am not allowed to answer the phone when she calls, I am not allowed to go with him to pick or drop him off, and If I ask anything about her he just changes the subject and tells me that she is crazy and he does not want me around that!!! Now my fiances ex's father passed away and my fiance's parents are kissing her *** like it there job and it kind upsets me!! Has anyone ever been in a situation like this?? Please Help me!!! What should I do??

Oh and I forgot to add that she will make comments about me to him and there son that I am just the knock up whore and things to the nature!!! HELP!!!!

I am currently living with my boyfriend of four months. Prior to this, i had been seeing him for aprox a year, while he was living with someone else.
I feel I have problem relating to trust with him now, and he is ashamed of his past, and has told me he would never do this on me, that i am the one for him. He has told me that he intends on asking me to marry him very soon. I love him very much and he is good with my son, but i feel I am sometimes possessive about who he is talking to or texting on his phone, and find i pick arguments with him over silly things, and then regret it shortly after and upset myself. Im totally confused when i comes down to realising why I am being like this? Can anyone shed any light on this for me?

and after how long should you get worried when he doesnt pop the question?i've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we've been living together for most of those 3 years.Yes we've had our ups and downs but we always solve pur problems and to tell you the truth eveytime we have a fight(not physical) after we make up our love for each other grows even more.I'm 23yrs and just finished college and he is 30 years and is a doctor.I've got no doubt that he is the one i went to spent the rest of my life with.I've had more than my share of fun and i've dated quite a few guys before i met him so i know i'm ready for the marriage.

Well this very special lady whom i have been calling my aunty yet is really no blood relation has been given tops 3 months to live. I have been anticipating comin to see her cause she has been deining me because she loves ome so much and she didnt want me to say goodbye to her one last time. cause they alwasy lead to river and lakes. Anyways im here and she was happy i came so far, till its time for the last goodbye. she was telling me of her fincial situation and her kids are not able or dont want to help? Well im just asking because my mate has his first gf ever. They only have seen each other for the past 3 weeks.

Lately hes been seeing her every day since last saturday. At one point he told us that he was at the gym. My mate told her he was gonna be at the gym for a while. She then texted him 20 mins later saying "do you miss me?" My mate couldnt reply because he was working at the gym. When my mate finished working at the gym, he got a text msg from her saying "probably not". My mate replyed " Sorry babe, was working in the gym, of corse i miss u"
