My boyfriend and I were already living together before his two friends moved in with us at a new place. They are doing some kind of project together, so it's more convenient for them to do things and communicate this way (I guess).

I am VERY uncomfortable with strangers. I've always been trying to avoid the two friends since they moved in. There are times that they'd run into me, but I try my very best to not run into them. They are nice people. I'm just shy, I guess. I cannot stand being in the same room with them (living room)...not even for a second.

Another thing that bothers me is that the friends smoke, and I have minor asthma -- it's harder for me to breathe and I wheeze when I come in contact with smoke. That, however, isn't as bad as my personal discomfort.

I don't want to bring this up to anyone because I don't want to be a bother to anyone. His friends aren't bad people at all. They're just living a different lifestyle, a lifestyle that isn't compatible with mine.

This bad thing happened to me and i was let down and hurt by someone i loved, everytime i see them i feel upset, not angrey anymore but really sad and bitter, i hate feeling like this, i know its wrong but the pain just wont go away, what can i do.xx

Do they even think about their kids? Not every man that makes a child should celebrate Father's Day when they don't even see their kids or take care of them!!! It's kind of like people that don't work celebrating and grilling out on Labor Day ....just ain't right!!!

My freind wanted to go back to New Delhi after living here for very very long time. She is married and her husband is also in general labor job. Both are middle aged and not very educated but working in ny and have medical coverage. If they go back to Delhi what are the expenses they will go through? How much they need monthly to live there? They have own house in Delhi also. What about Medical. Here they are paying co- payment for each doctor visit. I don't have idea about this so I am asking for your help? Any idea about retirement etc. Any idea you know how to settledown a person in delhi and much they need etc. etc.
Pls write so we can decide is this good to go back to india or stay here.
Please do not curse or do not not write any bad stuff.
Just simple honest detailed ideas or everyday experiences.

everytime we get into an argument, he brings it up, that I had originally wanted to abort my son.......I've always been against abortion......but it's a different story when it happens to you....when you're young, and in college, no money...I couldn't barely take care of myself.....but i had changed my mind at the last minute......maybe 5 minutes before the procedure...I had wondered what if everything will be alright? so i decided to have him.....he's 18 months now, and i love him to death! he's beautiful! I don't know what I'd do without him, but my boyfriend had told me that he was gonna tell our son when he's older, that i wanted an abortion....I told him that if i truly didn't want him, i wouldn't have had him...what do i tell my son years from now, if his dad decides to tell him???

Some troubles in general???
OK, I've already mentioned a lot about my ex dropping hints that he wants to get back with me. Sometimes we talk about what would happen if we got back together. Well, I was talking to my parents about his dropping hints and my mo seems fine with it. My dad, on the other hand, starts calling me stupid and tells me that us getting back together in the future is pure bull****! It's hurting me that my dad is thinking this stuff and I am just afraid that if we do get back together (trust me, he has been throwing the hints left and right), he might try anything to harm him. HELP!!!! What do I do if this happens?

This new girl just started to work at Wal-mart the other week (where I work) and we have been talking alot duing break and after work about our lives and stuff. She is a really sweet girl who is really in a tough situation right now and I want to help her in any way I can. She is currently 3 months pregnant by her boyfriend who doesn't even want the baby and wants her to have an abortion. She tells me that he's mean and abussive to her and she's afraid she's gonna loose this baby if she stays with him ,but she don't see a way out. I have quickly grown to care for her and want to offer her more than just my friendship. We have discussed her coming to live with me where she would be safe and cared for and I would love her and her baby just as my own sense I don't have any kids and am not sure if I can have kids due to a past medical condition. I have prayed about this and feel that God may be bringing us together for a reason. (Don't answer yet, more details coming)

This subject has come up a lot, but I was wondering if anyone has really gotten over that one "what if" person.

I met "the one that got away" when I was in high school, but we never dated, just "hooked up." We each had thought the other was not interested in a serious relationship. We had our trysts for a few years then I met my now husband and ended up losing contact with my friend (he got deployed to Iraq). 6 years after our last encounter we got in contact again (we have mutual friends), and the truth came out. We found out we both had had feelings for each other. We kept in contact for a year more being friends, but I could feel and I know he felt that it hurt knowing we would never know what could have happened. He'd hint to me that he'd wait for me, but it would never happen. I love my husband too much. We've since lost contact again. He's on his second tour in Iraq.

My question is has anyone gotten over that one person? I'd like to know if it's possible!

I am having a hard time with dealing with a really bad breakup. I love him but he doesn't want to be with me and I think it is because he wants to go out and have fun and hang out with his friends and meet new people and just do whatever he wants without having to be in a relationship. But I am having a hard time with it because he told me that he cares for me. I am really angry with myself and with him because he has changed within the past couple of months because of his friends. I know that I should let him go free and if it's meant to be, he will come back, but I have alot of anger inside. Any advice?

My partner and i have been together for 5 years and have a two and a half year old daughter. We live seperately but of late he has been wanting me to move in to his house. He comes over to my place every night after work for a couple of hours and goes home again and sleeps over on weekends. I am quite happy living on my own as I am at present financially independant and don't have to ask for anything. The only way I will move in with him is if we got married because to me marriage is more of a committment than defacto but my partner refuses. He said not to take it personally but he would not marry anyone. He has never been married. I feel he wants me to give up my independence for half a committment. Because of his fears i interpret this as in the event that the relationship fails in a defacto relationships I would have no entiltlements to the property and would end up in not a nice situation or even worse - homeless. Would really appreciate some advise..
