I know that this question is going to get me into trouble. I have very strong values and I believe that a marriage is a man and a woman, anything other than that is horrid. I do not hate gays, I disagree with the lifestyle but I do not wish them any harm. I may be politically incorrect, but the traditional family of male and female is what is best. I know that there are a lot of single parents out here, including myself but it is a lot easier to explain that things did not work out with your dad than having two dads or two moms. Growing up is difficult enough, but having two men or two women coming to the PTA meetings, that is terrible for a child and makes them an object of ridicule. It also puts that child in a position in which they have to defend the parents. What happened to the traditional roles of parenting and marriage? What happened to the way it should be instead of a twisted idea of marriage and relationships?

My cousin Barbara (nee Lowenstein) left to live in the UK, between 1971 and 1988. She is apparently married to somebody with the surname of Mauser, Messer, Monsier or something like this. She has a daugher called Lulu. She was also an up and coming fashon designer, I believe. I am desperate to make contact with her and any help in finding her, will be greatly appreciated.

We have been thru a lot together. His dad was very abusive and I divorced him when my son was 3. We were so poor, we lived in welfare housing and survived on food stamps while I went to college and finally got a good job. I re married 10 yrs later, and the new husband tried to beat my son up. I divorced. i am so ashamed of the way he treated my kid and I couldnt stop him. I was shocked. He probably would have kicked my ....
We are alone together now and he is a grown man. I helped him buy a car 2 weeks ago, and I suppose he is comfortable here and will stay as long as he likes. No hurry. Will he just move out on his own some day? Should I push him to move out and get on his own? Are we going to be a mother son weirdo relationship? I hope not! I just want what is best for him. I dont want him to feel like he has to do anything he dont want to, but maybe he is too dependent on me. What do you think?

i was drunk so i didnt wear a condom. now she is pregnant. her husband is white and has had problems with a low sperm count in the past, so i doubt its his. I'm black, so if the baby is black, everyone will know. i want her 2 have an abortion cuz i already got 5 other kids i have to pay child support for at $100 each. she says she's thinking about it, but the longer it goes, the more i worry about her gettin attached to the kid. how can i convince her that just aborting this baby is the best thing? (her husband makes good money,so money isnt a problem 4 them). I told her that being pregnant makes her fat and she likes being skinny. I hoped that would convince her. i want her to do birth control also(i hate rubbers) so we dont have to worry about this again. i really like the sex (so did she) and dont want to give it up. if she lets the baby grow, i prolly wont have sex with her anymore because she'll be fat. that might work. what you all think? So ive liked this guy for over a year, i met him at a local concert. He was really cute and we had a great time! When its just me and him we're always really close, but when we're at his house with his dad and brother, he gets colse but not as close, until someone says somthing. but everyone thinks he likes me, and thats good! ... but... he has a girlfriend, and she has the same name as me! What?! Im so confused! And he knows how much i love him! He's the only person in this world that can make me happy just with a picture of him or his voice! I'am a waitress and today at work one the employees brought her daughter to work with her. The little girl had her hand in my tip jar(I only keep coins in it-paper money in my pocket)and I told her to get out of it. The little girl must have told her mother what I said because her mother(the cook)said to me, "she doesn't want your damn money." Snatched her purse up cussed me out and said that she quit and walked out! I feel that I have every right to tell people to say out of my tip jar unless they are putting money into it. It is the same as going in my wallet-I feel like. What do you think?

ok its kinda hard to explain, but my boyfriend (babys dad) like never wants to spend anytime with us (me n baby). between his 2 jobs...the other night he worked 24 hours...and then he promised that he would stay home with us the next day. well he got up at 230 that afternoon and had to run to the store...he then called and informed me he was goign to work. i got really upset with him because hes not spending time with us. his excuse is, is he needs money...which he has plenty. i told him hes not goign to just tell me what hes goign to do, there has to b some compromise. and i said if u dont want to spend time with me then u should at least with ur baby. he knows how extrememly hurt i am over everything..and im very depressed and he doesnt even care....it's really bothering me...i dont know what to do.

Should we tell our parents of destination wedding upon first meeting; they never met before .... tell them of our plans at first meeting?

My fiance and I have recently decided to have a destination wedding and not invite ANYONE, including our parents.

My parents divorced over 20 years ago and still HATE each other. Both have re-married since then. My fiance's parents are still married and would really like us to have a TRADITIONAL wedding, as would my mother and my grandmother.

While they have an idea of our plans, we are thinking of having them (my mother and stepfather and his parents) meet for the first time for dinner and announce our wedding plan.

We think that they are less likely to get overly upset in the presence of future in-laws, and this will allow them to let the news settle in for a little while.

Is this an ambush to spring it on them like this, or a good idea, so we don't get a guilt trip?

They already have a VERY good idea we are planning this.

This is my senior and I always promise myself that I wasn't going to fall in love this year because once I go away to college I didnt want to deal with being in a long distance relationship. But you never know what fate has in store for you. I met the love of my life in summer school (CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!) And we've been together ever since he like my bestfriend I tell him everything and visa versa. But school is ending in 4 months and college is coming soon after that and i'm afraid to leave him. We're both going to separate college. I'm just scared that he'll forget our love and move on. I mean yea he promise that he was going to marry me after we guaduate from college but thats along time from now. Im so confused what should I do?

there's this girl i really like. i've liked her for a few years now. I might be young, but there this boy im madley in love with, and yes in love. He liked me too but then my ex bf, his friend, introduced him to these HOTT girls from another town and hes completely foegotten about me. I know he still likes me, but i really wanto to get his attention. Now hes hot, with an amazing body, and im OK with and OK body. Am i not 'good enough' for him? What should I do? I recently meet a woman, this was around a month ago so I cant say i know her THAT well yet. She is an amazing woman who i admire but really have not developed any form of feelings for. I mean, she is a beautiful woman, not to mention smart but i honestly don't feel that magical attraction towards her.

However, every time I find out that she has meet some man that she finds interesting, I burst with jealousy and anger! Why am I bursting with jealousy for a woman I don't feel anything for?

Is jealousy a sing that perhaps I care about her as more than a friend, or is it just a primitive territorial instinct kicking in?

Odd thing is, I never felt jealousy about a friend before.
