How can I go about looking for my 1st cousin, born in South Africa in 1951/1952 to Nathan and Peggy Lowenstein

Question

My cousin Barbara (nee Lowenstein) left to live in the UK, between 1971 and 1988. She is apparently married to somebody with the surname of Mauser, Messer, Monsier or something like this. She has a daugher called Lulu. She was also an up and coming fashon designer, I believe. I am desperate to make contact with her and any help in finding her, will be greatly appreciated.
