there's this girl i really like. i've liked her for a few years now. I'm not really her friend, but i talk to her once in a while and I'm really confused. i dont know what to do! i heard her friend accuse her of liking someone else. she talks to the other guy a lot. i just can't get her out of my mind. i want this to stop! how can i stop thinking about her? she's perfect! she's smart, pretty, everything! PLEASE HELP!

I dont want to be with her. i said she already likes someone else. i just wanna forget about her cause i dont want her to like me if she doesn't. and i can't find someone else. i'd be amazed if i could find someone better for me than her, that's my point, she's stuck in my mind. i just need advice for getting her out (and please dont put find someone else)

If I have the same problem I would ignore her and not think about her.
I think if you really like her you should try talking to her and just pretend that you don't know a lot about her what so ever and try making friends with her and maybe after a while you can ask her who she likes and see how she reacts.

If you honestly want to forget her, then the best thing to do it occupy your mind with something (not someone, if you don't want to) else. What sports do you like? Do you like to read? Hang out with friends? Play video games? Watch TV? There's all kinds of things to do to keep busy. If you can't think of anything, maybe you can check around your area and see if there's any sort of volunteer work you could do, or get involved with a church. The more active you are, the less time you'll have to just sit around and think. Good luck!

I liked someone a lot like that for some years but I really knew him well and was friends with him. If you don't really know her know her then you don't really know what she is like or who she is and if you did end up with her I'm sure there would be a lot you don't like about her. But to actually get over someone you like is hard very very hard For me it took some time untill I was just one day ok again and moved on. I think it just takes time as all try not to think about her do anything you half to not think about her that helps a lot too. And you will find someone elese you will like more then her and who will like you back don't give hope up.

Sounds like you really don't want to forget her. Your basing all your decisions on "what you heard". Go talk to her! You could be missing out on a great relationship because your afraid to speak up. If she's as great as you say she is, she will listen and be honest back with you. If not, maybe she's not as great as you have made her out to be in your mind, and missing out on someone else because you haven't been able to see past her.

1) Watch her longingly
2) Eavesdrop on her friends
3) Post a question on yahoo answers
Get the picture? You need to stop thinking and start acting. People who try and fail are persistent, people who don't try because they are afraid to fail are losers. Women can smell this like dogs smell fear. Don't be a loser. Go talk to her, every day!

You have to act upon your feelings. You need to let her know how you feel and just put yourself out there. This will either bring you two together, or help you to move forward into a new relationship with someone else.

Well you see bud, there is no real way to get a girl out of your mind. Especially when you're in to her this much. Have you told her how much you like her? If not you may consider it, you never know. She might not like this other guy, just shy around people she likes. So, that's all I got to tell you. Sorry.
