We have a new supervisor and some employees have told him some negative things, how would you handle this situation?

I contact the Supervisor and emailed my co-worker I had to leave early for a family emergency and they told the supv. they didn't get the email and went into a negative bash.. but yet the supv. had gotten his, I forward him the email that I sent them show the date and time

If you are friends with a person, and then for absolutely no reason (or no decent one that they will say) they stop talking to you, is it best to just walk away or pursue it???

I'm tempted to just walk, but I thought I had something special with this person, and it hurts...

I am just your average junior in high school and well the main problem with me is im shy and I don't like fighting back, but there is this grl in my gym class and right now we are playing volleyball and the only thing I am good at is taekwondo. Anyway I stink and volleyball and everytime I miss ( which is all the time) she keeps bullying me about it. Calling me things like stupid and idiot to my face, what should I care if some slutty, freshmen, airheaded grl is calling me names right...I do care though. That saying sticks and stones my break my bones but names will never hurt me is just wrong. Name calling does hurt though, I should know being bullied by someone who has it all. I want to talk back but I just don't have the words or time to get myself into the fight mode. I don't know what to do, wait for karma to work its magic...

My long term boyfriend does not want to talk about marriage. Many consider me to be very attractive and I am extremely nice and respectable. My boyfriend says time and time again he has 100% trust in me (which is great but sucks because he is convinced he will never lose me). We used to live together and after a year I mentioned buying a house, as we were in a good financial position to do so and it made the most economical sense, and he freaked out saying he was scared marriage would come next. (he is 26, I am 24). I want to commit myself to a relationship where we both see a future together and look forward to it. I always thought that if you know you love someone you go for it without hesitation..... he laughs in my face when I mention marriage and says we are too young and it's the last thing on his mind. I have been a bridesmaid too many times. I don't want to be cheated out of marriage and kids by staying with him but I am scared I might cheat myself out of love if I leave

My husband and I are seperated. He keeps our 5 children on the weekends while I work. Our 4 year old was displaying some very unmistakable sexual movements. When I asked what he was doing he replied " I want to make it big like daddy" pointing at his penis. I was shocked! He then said, "daddy does it likes this, then he pees and it puffs back down". I could see the innocence on my son's face. I questioned my 2 oldest boys and they basically stated the same thing, demonstrating masterbation hand gestures they have seen their dad do. I want to know is this a form of sexual abuse? I have never had sex in front of my kids and certainly not masterbated. I haven't talked to the father yet, but I need to know what would you do or what steps I should take. i am too upset to think clearly now. please help!!!!

My mum hates me. Shes over protective yet its more controlling.My dad is a raging achohlic who beat her up for 16 years and made my life hell, but my mum was very loving. when they divorced we moved out i developed a panic disorder. My mum changed she started calling me pathetic ect. She wuldnt let me out the house unless she drove me there. Boyfriends were banned. Lately she met my new boyfriend whos overweight. She says im sick in the head for going with him. In a recent argument she lunged at me and punched me black and blue, told me to get out and live with my dad. I cant because my dad said i betrayed him by staying with her. I have no real friends to stay with and my panic disorder means i cant work now, so i cant rent a flat. The rest of my family lost touch because of my dads temper and believe i abuse my mum (as she said i bring up my dad to hurt her-untrue). Im now stuck. Even worse my boyfriend fell out with me because he doesnt like my only real friend. Im so islolated.

My mom is a drug addict who doesnt love herself and neither of her seven kids. I think she just gave birth to collect money. My father doesnt care what any of us do. When i'm with brandon it feels so right. I also think I have alot of jealous people in my family because they never experienced the love we have, so they try to sabatage my relationship. Brandon brings these facts to me everytime something goes wrong. Now I live with Brandon and couldnt be more happier until my family puts there two cents in my life. I'm a grown woman who knows what I want, but its hard sometimes when all they do especially my mom opens her mouth and try's to ruin everything? So should I just chalk my family up as a loss and do my own thing? more info about this is, my mom is divorced and lives a horrible life!!! maybe she is jealous?? what do you think?

my daughter has this boyfriend and i was fine with them going out before. they met almost 2 years ago and i knew that if i didnt let them go out with eathother, they would see eachother behind my back. things go really bad and even our church got involved and they were not allowed to even be friends. but i was trying to get on my daughters good side(how dumb of me...)and i let them be friends. they were talking non stop and my dauighter has two thousdand minutues on her phone per month and she still goes over the minutes tlaking to him. they started dating again behind my back and i didnt care any more. but he pushed my to my limit. he has to go. i took away her phone and that didint stop her. she has been ditching school to be with him. hes 20 and she 17 so its not even legal. he lies to her all the time, and he kids around with serious stuff that is serious and shouldnt be taken lightly, he inults her, her sister and myself. she is letting herself be a doormat. how do i get rid o him
