If you mean by that, that you look and/or act different from your peers, then you need to evaluate yourself more positively. "Different" people have always been the great writers, artists and inventors in society. They break ground, set standards and raise the bar. In short: they're the source of new ideas and change.
Read the biographies of famous people who made a difference in history (any field) and you'll realize 9 out of 10 didn't fit the mold of what we blithely call normal.

You say you are that is why you act like so! Stop telling yourself that and believe you are better than that. Don't listen to the negative voices in your head, or what ever visions you have of yourself doing to someone else, they are not real. If you believe you are something you will act like it for the rest of your life and others will continue to see you the same way. Get help see a counselor, tell him you need advice, don't you believe you are crazy. You are all you have in this lifetime that can make that decision to be a better person in this lifetime. Do you believe in God, he is the only one that can help that get better, with prayer, and learning that we live in a world where in the air is a battle 24/7. Heaven and hells angels, fight to not see us go through this, but is the lack of faith and people to reach out and help people that need the help. Demons do attack the mind that is why we must pray because we fight principalities of darkness, none of this is Gods fault what goes on, on this earth. People are so ignorant to the facts written in the Bible. Half the people that ended up in mental hospitals were assignments from Satan himself. I don't want to scare you, just letting you know that I serve a mighty God, and no weapon formed against me will prosper. You take care and good luck! If you want Jesus in your life just ask him in, he's about friendship and fellowship!

Develop a good heart and realize that happiness comes from bringing happiness to others.
Let go of this solid idea of you and realize the interconnectedness of the world outside of you. Give up selfishness and practice loving kindness.
If you forget about yourself for a while, you will naturally become free of all unnaturalness, your true good nature will be reflected by your positive interaction with the world.

Get a job. move into your own place. Buy some clothes that you would see people in magazines wearing. Get a hair cut that cost's more than $10. Have good personal hygiene. keep your new place clean. By a fish and plant and keep them alive. Start thinking about others and not yourself.

This too shall pass..........focus instead on what one thing you can challenge yourself with this year, then look back in 365 days and smile! You'll be older, wiser and you will have accomplished something.....life does go on...

Pick yourself a person who you would like to be like, study them and do all the good things they do.
You can win because you want to improve.
