Well.okay, I 've posted on this situation, where this guy at my gym was flirting with me.So, yesterday i seen him at the gym and he runs up to me and he's staring at me , and he's like damn I wanted to ask you something but I forgot,..and I 'm like WTF, so I text messaged him later that day,asking him could I take him up on his offer for a free session, and at first he didn;t know who i was then he called and hung up, then he called five minuted later talking about erica..(my name) and we talked and basically he said that if he wasn't intrested in me he wouldn't even be talking to me and that he tried to put out hints, but I wasn't really picking up on them, he also said, that even if he didn't meet at the gym, he still would want to be my friend, and I can be his friend if I want to, like If I want to hang out or go to a movie or something,but the thing that gets me is why he keeps emphasizing me as a "friend" I'm not trying to rush anything, but just wondering, he said I was attracti

I have had this reacurring question in my head for a long time. It's lingerie season (after christmas, using your v.s. giftcards, indoors alot etc.) I would like to hear from the women (and men too); where is the best place to change? In front of him? In the bathroom? make him leave for a minute? I know the other option is to surprise him, but that's the hardest to pull off.

My fiancee and I were recently arguing about love and such, he old me that he hopes that if we don't work out I find someone that I am crazy about but they don't want anything to do with me and it breaks my heart. Fyi that is how he says I am with him but he is just really sensitive. Anyhow I replied with that it would never happen because I will never be so attached to anyone where I feel that my life can not go on. I think that life goes on and just because this one thing did not work out doens't mean that my life is over, it may hurt but the world is not going to fall off of it's axis. girls....i like this girl, but im graduating in half a year, is there still any point? beucase i was thinking that since i might be moving to another place after grad...i wont be able to see her anymore, and plus...what are we REALLY goin to do in the time? just go out a few times? doesnt sound like a healthy relationship? my questions is should i wait till im in college or older, or should i just go for it and have fun (but this way ill feel irresponsible knowing ill break up with her after grad)

BACKGROUND: Well, my girlfriend had been dating this scumbag for a year who consistently beat her, cut her, and eventually drugged and raped her at a birthday party. Her parents noticed bruises, etc, and after being hospitalized for the emotional trauma he caused her, she got an order of protection.

PROBLEM: Her Ex has her same lunch period at school. She calls me frequently saying that he had abused her in some way - sitting next to her and inappropriately touching, pushing her into the lockers, elbows, etc. The school reprimands him with hour detentions, which do nothing.

My first instinct is to kick his cowardly asss to the moon- I live 45 mins away- seems too aggressive of me to plan my day around assaulting someone.
I have called him with warnings (seem to work for a couple days). I have called his parents.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
If I were to meet up with him and, say, break his nose- physical yet minor- what's the worst that would happen to me legally if he pressed charges?

up to just after New Years i was going out with my girlfriend who is 19.
Just before Xmas I made a comment that was very insensitive and hurt her an incredible amount.
She was talking to me about her overhearing the doctors saying about Hepatitus and when she heard this, she was thinking about fatal diseases and the best I could come up with in the way of reassurance was 'I hope this isnt an excuse to not see my mum and dad over xmas'.
Since 3rd January, see has been totally single minded about not being in a relationship with me.
She still loves me although up to the last few days she used to say it back when I used to say it to her.
We no longer have sex although she says she still finds me very sexy, she says we must resist this as its inappropriate for friends to have sex and sleep together (although for the previous 2 nights we did).
She wants to have hugs with me and we kiss each ova on the cheek and sometimes lips.
She has said that she wants to continue seeing me.

I was a victim of domestic violence and stuck by protecting my ex even when he was prosecuted. I went against the DA and did everything I could to help him but it caused me to develop major depression, panic attacks, and PTSD.

My best friend won't talk to me anymore because she thinks I have a problem with alcohol and pot, which is completely untrue.

Yes, I do love to have a drink and smoke a little when I'm with friends, but that's it. She says that when we go out clubbing I *always* get drunk, but it only happened once and I'm making sure it won't happen again...

She's telling me that I've changed and all, but I really don't see it... I've always been a party girl, but I'm still responsible. I think that maybe it looks worse to her because she *never* ever has a drink (she's usually driving, and she doesn't like alcohol)...

Worse thing is, her sort-of boyfriend is the biggest drunk/pothead I have ever seen, and he often drives under the influence... I told her this and she just said: "yeah well, you can't help who you fall in love with..."

I don't understand her atittude... Do you guys have any suggestions about how to talk to her about this?

I alwayz kind of liked this gurl since I was a kid and vise versa. She had a kid at 16 with a deadbeat dad who would never see his daughter. We were pretty close friends, but I had been in a messed up relationship for about 2yrs prior. Me and this gurl would talk still but I never made the move. Whatever my retarded reason was, I stayed with my gurl for 2 more years, plus I was having a baby. But I always thought about this other girl even though I tried to stay for my own daughter. My babymom ended up being unfaithful so now Im single. See there was also a guy that this other girl was talking to before, and because I moved on in her eyes, she got married and now has another daughter (total of 2kids). We're talking now for a few weeks again and she is gettin divorced. See she got married for getting pregnant more than for love.
