ok why when somebody says stop talkin black it makes no sense to me.?

I dont have people sayin it to me but Apparently people still do it.
and I have a Job here at the community center alot of black dudes come in to play b-ball and lift weights same with any othe race. but most of them I have heard speak do not speak in the steritypical way some say they do. So I realized their is no such thing as talkin black,
Steroetyping is tupid in my oppion but why do some people just not get a clue?

i have told them how to pronounce my name but they say something else.I have lived in this country for twenty years and learned the language i think if i can learn a whole new language they should be able to learn one single word.doesnt it sound wired?

My sons fatheer has been an alcoholic since the day i met him, 12yrs ago although i did end up marrying him, and then divorced him he was not only physically abusive,but verbally, He calls my phone all night disrupting my home and also his moms home which is where he stays, but thats her problem not mine anymore. he refuses to get help cause he says we are in denial not him. How do you ignore him with tough love, but to where he wont harm himself? Mind you he has already been to prison from alcohol induced situations. he swears he aint going back and has done real well these last four considering he is on 2nd strike. He somehow manages to elude the police, by staying in his home all day everyday drinking every other. He just has no sense of morlality when he is drunk. Then who does. I have gotten to where i cant stand him. we are no longer together, Just maintaining a friendship/relationship for our son. But when he drinks he forgets and calls me all night. HELP, What do you do

When men are realllly protective and posessive of females- does it boil down to simply trust issues. im talking about- all females he cares about.... mother, sisters, cousins, and his fiance... its not mean necessarily, but seams very old fashioned to me. I understand the protectiveness a little bit- but could it stem from childhool problems, upbringing?, too much testosterone?... Sometimes it feels like theres no trust--- like if he really trusted you he wouldnt worry. but his argument is he doesnt trust other people, hes the man- yada yada yada.....
what do you all think? why are some men like this.

i have a friend who is a boy. he is very kind to me. he may like me, but i am not sure about it.
Last week, he must fly to work in another country for 1 year. On his departure day, I was sick so I couldnt see him off at the airport. I called him to say sorry about it. And he said: " U are sick since u lack of 1 thing - a boy friend". He was very calm when he said that. He seemed to think of his sentence before saying that, i mean he prepared to say that.
What is the meaning of his sentence? What is he thinking?

as in the past i have posted many questions about my wayy older doctor who makes it an effort to flirt with me like its going outta style. as i have stated before i am not the one who started this flirting game, he did. and he continued up until my very last visit, i stopped going for a while because i had strarted to develope a crush on him due to all of the sexual undertoned comments he makes and all of the attention he gives me.as in compliments, phone calls, behavior a doctor normally would never give a patient, but rather a person they were interested in. i flirted back with him for the 1st time on my last visit and i made it an effort to stay away for the last 2 months. i have an appointment with him soon and i want to tell him that he is sexy and that i have a slight crush on him. even though he is 20 years my senior. would i be wrong to tell him, even though he started this whole flirty thing and has continued it up until now? he has to know that he is taking a risk doing it.

Okay well this started about a month or two ago. Well, you know teenager going through problems going on with life. Suddenly, my parents tell me that a cousin is moving in with us and is going to be living in my room. I was angry before but man when she came i was soooo angry. When she moved in that day it was already night so i had to sleep with my brother in his room. okay so my brothers room isnt too big so im forced to sleep on the floor with only one pillow while my brother has a bed with 2 blankets and four pillows. okay so it was a hot day so i told my parents i was gon go walk to a 7-11 and get some drinks then suddenly my cousin buys cigarettes and steals a lighter from my parents that they use to cook barbecue. and guess what she smokes in my former room. my parents dont even know that she smokes. and she always makes fun of me about every single thing i do jus like my family its like i dont get any privacy. like at night i cant sleep so i stay up at night on the comp.

ive put myself thru hell. I realized the whole time that the guy i was hooking up with didnt want more..he had other girls..he slept with other girls..but i still liked the attention he gave me. I know ii have alot of problems right now but why cant i just be happy again how i was 4 months ago. I recently broke up with my boyfriend because he cheated and i know im not over him yet. i still love him. I have financial problems and my only options for me right now is to file bankrupcty or do debt management but i wll have to do that to 2013 and i dont know what to do. I barelly have enough money to go to school but im going and living paycheck to pay check but i have to move back to school so now i have to find a new job. im scared im going to be all alone now especially eveything that happened between me and my ex. we have the same friends. I don't want to sound too pushy and needy but I wish he was more planning our time together? We are in a long-distance and see each other once a month but I always seem to be the first one to make the planning as it gives me the security knowing when I will meet him again.. its normally once a month. However, I wish he would come up with a plan sometimes.. My friend says it's because I don't let him as I am always the first one to plan but I worry if I don't plan ahead, we will see each other very little? He seems to be planning ahead with his best friend though and it upsets me a little?

I'm currently employed as a Shipping Clerk and have been working at the same site for 5 years now.The company is very small, Less than 20 employee's. The company has a Water Cooler (for a year and a half) which needs changing here and there. I'll change the water out of courtesy or if female coworkers need help changing it. Changing the water is not in my job description (and I'm not the only male in the company) but my boss verbally makes it my job. Others have offered to change the bottle on their own...I find out that my boss tells them not to, because it's 'MY' job.
I am a Shipping Clerk, NOT a Water Boy! Can my Boss fire me for refusing to change the water bottle? And can he include that in My Job Discription? Do I have ANY rights, If so PLZ let me know.
