I was nice enough to leave the computer and all you guys, to go spend time with him and all he did was sit on the couch and watch tv. Now he just went to bed without me. Why do men do that?

The true answer isn't on here. It is the guy in your both's bed.

However, maybe the trip was long and tiring. I think he just wanted to "do his own thing" to relax prior to getting some sleep.

Try to spend time with him tomorrow when he seems to be more energized after some sleep. If he is still the same. Then I would recommend talking about it.

Maybe depressed? Something happened? or something way more sever to the point of affecting the marriage.

Well, that depends on how he traveled. If he drove, he's most likely wiped out. Actually, no matter how he traveled, it could be a pain in the butt. My honey travels a lot and he is usually drained, but then has to turn around and work his a$$ off. Your husband probably wanted to just spend a quiet moment relaxing, while the t.v. watched him, then go to bed.

Each person in the relationship deserves consideration. It is not written in stone that one or the other is solely responsible for entertaining the other, simply because the other person needs attention at that moment.

Let him shake off the wear and tear of the day before you pounce on him. Appear aloof sometimes. Let him miss you a little bit. I'm sure he'll come around.
