I don't want to sound too pushy and needy but I wish he was more planning our time together? We are in a long-distance and see each other once a month but I always seem to be the first one to make the planning as it gives me the security knowing when I will meet him again.. its normally once a month. However, I wish he would come up with a plan sometimes.. My friend says it's because I don't let him as I am always the first one to plan but I worry if I don't plan ahead, we will see each other very little? He seems to be planning ahead with his best friend though and it upsets me a little?

I am very harsh but my comments are as real as you can get. I am a 36 y/o male.
When a girl gets involved in a Long distance realationship,she plans love and a future & thinks this... "If he willing to do this, he must really love me" or some crap like that...
When a guy gets involved im a Long distance relationship, he looks at you as someone to have sex with whenever he is in town.
If he is planning ahead with his best friend, then this should show you that you are not his #1 priority...
Find a guy that lives near you and make ur life much more simple...

Sounds like to me, that he is really not into this relationship, if he were I am sure he would have made more effort. You have to search your mind and ask yourself, is this what you want, a once a month meeting, and if it is, then tell him that you would like to get together more often and wait to see if he agrees and does something about it, if he does not, dont you do it, you have done too much already. If he doesnt do something positive about it, there is your answer, move on, and find someone else that is looking for the same thing that you are. Good Luch

well you can handle this 2 ways . 1 - like a mature adult talk to him about it ,if he really cares for you he wont think your pushy,just tell him its because you like being with him or
2- like a sneaky woman..dont make plans as he is used to ,if he can plan for his friend he can plan for his girl.see how long it takes him to notice and do something about.if you have plans already cancel them..make up something and wait for him to make the next move.
Either way youll find out how he really feels about you.i would be hurt in your shoes so i assume u are having doubts and feeling insecure. take control good luck and e-mail me and let me know what happens!!

try telling him you would like to see him twice a month and each of u take it in turns to plan things like a the start of each month he plan something and at the end u plan something

You should tell him how you feel. Tell him you care about him and you want to spend more time with him . He should put his friend aside for a while and care for your needs first. But I hope that everything will work out for you .

Tell him "If you want our relationship to work out I need you to put forth some kind of effort." If he does it for his friends he should want to do it for his girl. Good luck.

if u cant just come out and tell ur boyfriend things, or anything then u suck!! i tell my boyfriend everything and he does the same .. he just tells me straight and sometimes i dont like hearing what he says but i just beat him up after..haha jk i wish ...Yeah just tell him whats on ur mind thats what me and my handsome man do!!
