I think he is gay and should not get one. I am going to make fun of him for it. What should i say to him to convince him not to get one. HES only 14.

omg. what does a tongue ring have to do w/being gay? That is the most random false correlation. 1st off. It is illegal for him to get one until he is 18 and who ever gives it to him could get in big trouble.

i think you should let your parents make that descision. and i think that you need to support his sexuality rather than make fun of him for it.
