During WW2 my father was stationed in Germany. After he died his sister gave me a picture of him holding a little blonde baby. She is his daughter. I would love to find her. We didn't know about her at all until 25 years after he passed away. My father had jet black hair and stood 5'8" with dark complextion and weighed in at 135 lbs. I feel we were cheated out in knowing her and my mother also passed away and she had no knowledge of her. Please if anyone has any information I would appreciate it. Dad was Staff Sgt. in the Army and was also a sharp shooter. He was a man with a great sense of humor and very kind hearted. Please let me know if anyone has any information.

I am having a bbq at my house this weekend and have invited my friends and some family. I have invited my girlfriend *C* and she will be coming with her daughter and maybe her husband. My brother is also coming with his girlfriend and her children. *C* and my brother had a relationship (outside her marriage--of which I had no knowledge of until the end of it). I know they have not spoken since it ended. How can I tactfully say to each of them that the other is coming? They have already recieved invitations and both have said they're coming. I'm normally blunt, but I think this deems a little more tact....

Ok, well, my ex told me that he is talking to someone else and that he is getting to know her. I asked him if he liked her and he told me yes. He told me that he is not sure about her becoming his girlfriend. The thing is that he says that he doesn't want me to stop being his friend. he knows that I love him and he says that he still feels something for me. I don't know what to do and I would like some advice. I am really hurt by this and I don't want be in the way of him and her now that I have found out. HELP!

My boyfriend of 1 month asks me to move in but i think its to soon. Then he later tells me that a friend (female) had offered to move in with him to help out with the bills. My boyfriend asks me how i would feel about that. I got upset he said that he will say no because he doesnt want that to affect our relationship. but was I right to get upset What do you guys think about this.

Thank you all for your replies from my previous question! Just to a little recap on my situation:
We've been together for more than 2 years. We have had a few figths before due to my insecurties and since then he has changed. He says he isn't sure anymore about us and he isn't sure if I am the one for him. He says he knows he has to make a decision about us. We are in a LDR for the past year so things have not been very easy between us. He says he does not like that I cry all the time whenever he does not tell me he loves me and that he is fed up with our situation. I love him. He says the more push and put pressure on him the more he feels like he does not want this. He is coming to visit me this weekend. I have just sent him a text apologising for putting pressure on him and I said I appreciated his honesty and that he told me how he feels openly. He sent me one back saying he is ok and that I should not worry about our situation? What do you think? I still think we need to talk?

Is love when 2 people meet and they're automatically excited about passng on their genes together- they instantly image what their kids are gonna be? Why do we pick a person to fall in love with? Must they be oposite from us- tall vs short, slim vs fat, more education, making more $, etc, etc. Is happiness an individual thing- if so how can we expect another to make us happy and relationships to be happy if love is about passing on your genes. Can you be in love and not desire to make babies with that person? Can love last once the child bearing responsibilities are over? Do we sabotage love when we expect another person to makes us happy?

This is the issue, I was engaged, the guy cheated on me, had un- protected sex and know he does not now if she is pregnant. I no longer with him but she keeps calling me to tell she is pregnant, but she does not want to show the results? Could she be bluffing? I told her I would make a police report if she kept calling. And I ask him to tell her to stop. I am stuck in the middle, and he wants me back but he is not sure of her pregnancy!

Some of my family members aren't satisfied with MY LIFE so they get angree and report abue. No effidence is ever found and the report is fraudulant. At the same time when my husband and I prove that it is false accusations there are no laws against that crime unless we get a lawyer that we can't afford. What gives when ex-cons or criminals try to place you where they've been. I Aint TRYING TO GO to jail or prison behind their ignorance.

I have been with my girlfriend for two and a half years. I love her very much, and I don’t want to lose her. But a year ago I cheated on her with my older brothers kids babysitter. Me and my girlfriend were living together for the first year…then I wanted to move back home to help my mom out, and she wasn’t old enough to get her own place so she had to move home to a trailor in the backyard of her parents house. Her parents didn’t want her there. It was winter time, and I was at my moms and I would have that girl come over and we would sleep together. My gf didn’t know, and she kept callin me telling me she misses me and she is miserable, but I wouldn’t give in. I kept sleeping with this girl and started to form a relationship. Then my girlfriend found out, and I cried. I didn’t see that girl since. But she still hangs with my mom and brothers, she hasn’t left my life. my bf and i are getting into fights a lot and what started with him shoving me and me shoving back now has progressed to slaping one another hard and punching and kicking and me biting. he is a lot like my ex. bf that i still love wich is kinda why i started dating him but now are fights are otta control. even as friends we vented on each other this way. how do we break up or fix this to save our friendship or some sort of relationship. my ex. bf never hit me.i was pregnant by my ex. bf but lost the baby at 5 months.

Okay I have a question, If I use a calling card from my cingular telephone and dial the 800 number for the calling card , then , when I am asked to dial in the number I am calling....my question is Can that number I called be seen on the statement...??not the 800 number but the number I dialed.?

MY teenage daughter does'nt think so ...but I'm not so sure.

Basically, She bought a card, dialed the 800 number and called someone using the card. I want to know what the number she called was......I'm curious. We'll all know in about 3 1/2 weeks...does anyone out there know???

Hi I have a question about what I should do about my step mother.
I am currently living with my father after I left my ex husband. And he has a new wife. And two kids My step sister who is 22 my step brother who is 18.

I found out that my step sister is jealouse of me but has no reason to be, seeing the fact that she has had the same oppertunity as me, to change her life,but chose not to.

Then there is my step mom, who just about every day ask me not to say anything to my dad about what step brother does or what she says. She says to me "You know it will just upset your dad if he new." This includes my step bro smoking pot, and having like five or six people in the back yard smoking pot with him.

But I had my ex. which my father hates, come over and smoke a cigaret in the back yard, so we could keep an eye on our 9 month old daughter.
But she came home and didn't notice him there, but yet I had the respect to go inside and tell her, and the respect to apologize as well.

My bf was divorced with 2 sons by the age of 21. His ex wife got custody, he got visitation. 4 yrs ago he met me & was upfront about his past. I don't want kids of my own & told my bf this, but we did things w/ his kids. A yr after we met, his ex wanted him back. She called his mom & told her that the kids really need him. My bf's mom told him to get back with his ex or move out. His mom & ex were directly mean & hurtful to me. My bf moved in with me. His ex wouldn't let him see his sons for a while cuz she was pissed. I made it clear that I'd pay rent and bills, but his child support was his responsibility. Then my bf got laid off & then he got real sick w/ no medical insurance. I helped with the medical bills but he got behind on his child support & lost his drivers liscence. He's trying to get it back but the only way he can see his kids is if I drive. No one else will take him & if I try to avoid the situation then his family says I hate his kids. I just don't want to see his ex.

I have never been the type to LOOK for love or go back to an old love. I am most recently single. It's only been 3 weeks. The day after my break up I was set on just doing me until I literally ran into a High School Love the next day while out to lunch. My horoscope even said "You will run into someone from your past but don't be too quick to let them pass you by." I couldn't imagine who I could run into until...

This isn't the first time either. We have ran into each other over 3 times since school but had different interests at the time. Well he is back but this time a Grown A$$ Man and I can't believe how well we are hitting it off and I can't say it is only good now 'cause it's the beginning because it really isn't for us. I know people change sometimes for the good and sometimes for the bad. In our case I know I have grown into a strong woman and he sure as Hell has grown into an amazing MAN....But will it work?
