I'm not sure if he is ready to settle down.

It did not get to the point that he had sex with me because I yelled and kept saying no. but he did alot of things and made me really un-comfortable. I told my bf and he is so understanding!! He wants me to press charges. I was out drinking with friends and I was a little tipsy when this happened, we all were..I just don't want this to seem like it happened because of the drinking. He has been known to do this to other women too. Not sure what to do..

My daughter's father and I split up when i was 2 months pregnant because he was doing drugs and robbing people and I wanted my daughter to have a better life than that. Of course I gave him the opportunity to chance but he didn't. He went to prison in January and my daughter is now 15 months old. She has never met him or his family. Though, we do get an occasional letter from him asking for pictures, a visit, etc. We have never recieved money (not that I have asked or want it). Her father will be in prison for roughly 6 years. I would like to have his rights terminated but don't know where to begin. We live in South Carolina, and hopefully someone out there will have some advice for us.

Ex and I broke up and he moved back to home state where his other two children are because he could not be with out them, I just found out I'm pregnant and I informed him and he said he would be there for me and the baby just not physically...should I be worried that my child would get the short end of the stick and not get to know his or her father?

this past weekend i let my cousin hang out with and my boyfriend. we were at a party and my cousin got real drunk!!! so we had to end up taking her home. so her mom gets mad at me 4 letting her get drunk when she was the one drinking. no one made her. so then the next day i cover for her while she goes and sees this guy that shes not suppose to see but doesnt get home til 4 in the morning. (not my fault) so then to cover her a$$ she tells on me that i was drinking and who i was with and where nd everything else. but she swears she didnt say nething. i dont know if i should believe her. i like hanging out with her but im not sure i can trust her.

How do you turn feelings off that you had for someone a long time ago but they resurfaced in your life and now the feelings did too but your in a relationship with someone to whom u do love but are curious if it would be better with you past person? should i let the old flame burn out completely or see if there is something there still? my fiance's ex-wife calls between 50-60 times a day every few minutes, and hangs up on our answering machine, when I am not at home I will check our messages and it tells me my machine is full, Yeah full of hang ups, when I get home< check the caller ID and its her # comes up only.I have called her and asked her to stop and she sayes she has every right to call a million times if she wants because her daughters reside with us. And the courts tell us since we live 1500 miles away from her that we need to provide our Phone # for her to contact her daughters..But at this point she is totally abusing that privlidge...Please help..Does anyone know any recourse or laws that protect our sanity??? Is this considered Harrassment??? Thank you for all that answer...
