It did not get to the point that he had sex with me because I yelled and kept saying no. but he did alot of things and made me really un-comfortable. I told my bf and he is so understanding!! He wants me to press charges. I was out drinking with friends and I was a little tipsy when this happened, we all were..I just don't want this to seem like it happened because of the drinking. He has been known to do this to other women too. Not sure what to do..

Alcohol being a factor is not any reason to make it "right" for a guy to force himself on you. You should do the right thing and turn him in. You stated that he is known for doing this before. Since he has this reputation, he needs to be introduced to the law, and be arrested. Otherwise he will do it again and again. Whomever he did this to previously probably didn't report the crime, so he was free to do it to you. You have an obligation to stop him in his tracks now, before someone else gets it from him. Call the police, be polite, tell the truth and don't worry about the alcohol being involved. It doesn't matter. BTW you have an amazing boyfriend to stick with you through this. Take his advice. Good Luck

I think you should definitely report him. Drinking or not, no means no. If you don't report him to the police, he may do this to someone else and like other people said, he might actually go through with the act. I'm glad you have an understanding man, a lot of men wouldn't be. But that understanding man may not be so understanding later. He may start thinking why won't you turn him in if it forced.

Listen to your boyfriend. Think about it, you were drunk, he drank as well but men have a larger tolerance to alcohol, so he would have been silver when he tried to take advantage of your situation. Don't feel bad, tell the police, convince the other girls to support your charges. Scum like him don't deserve pity. If you want to make a better world for women then turn him in before he manages to rape other young women.

Report it - you will regret it for the rest of your life it you don't. I ws raped and didn't report it because i was engaged to the person and was afraid that no-one would believe me. It was too late when I finally admitted what had happened. I feel guilty now because he may have done it to someone else. Be braver than I was and stop this man b4 he does the same, and more to someone else.

it really is somewhat easy. If a guy did something like the social gathering you gave easy push him off you with a pronounced face as an instance him to flee. If he nonetheless is doing it that when you push him away back and say something like "get faraway from me" or "ill what are you doing." Make him experience embarrassed in the front of persons once you need to. This guy ain't going to rape you or something.

It's called attempted criminal assault and it is illegal. It makes no difference if you were passed out drunk or stone cold sober. Press charges. Maybe others girls will also step forward to report him and perhaps you can stop him trying this with someone else. If he isn't stopped, he will certainly graduate to rape.

If you don't report this dirt bag rapist, he will only continue to try and molest other woman. I say throw him under the bus. He is a dangerous person.

If you both are adults, and you have no bruises, and there was no contact with your genitals(which means a rape kit would be useless),and you were drunk(so your memory cuold be fogged),there's not mch you could tack to him.Maybe sexual assault, but it would be your word against his....

I think you should report him, even if you were drinking. There's no telling how many other girls he could do this to.
