Tell her that you cannot continue any form of relationship - are you friends or just acquaintances or coworkers?) because:

1) you cannot stand to watch her self-destruct.

2) You cannot afford to be associated with her - not emotionally, nor in the eyes of your manager(s).

Tell her that she needs to find someone to help her through this crisis but do not, at this time, volunteer any help because you may not be ready for the intensity such involvement will bring - it would take over your entire life.

If you both work in a situation where there could be even the slightest negative consequences - safety issues, for example - due to her drug habit, you have to tell your manager. Otherwise, you are not obliged to turn her in.

Are you guys close as in friendship wise? IF so then maybe you should just let her know that she is better than that and remind her how bad it use to be and what she went through. Just try to do it in a positive way. Or,tell her to get some help and tell her that you would help (if you want to). Or if you want to do it in the negative way and tell her that you don't want to talk to her or be around her if she continues to do it. Maybe she'll change, That's hard, i know how it feels to care about some one when they are all messed up on drugs. I hope she stops, Good Luck!

Are you a Christian? If so, you should definitely pray before you get too involved in the situation. Pray for her and talk to her about God. Help her to see that what she's doing is wrong and harmful to her body. You can help her with some kind of program I'm sure. Just don't give her something else harmful to switch to whatever you do. It'll turn out okay.

Sad. Are you close? Get her family and friends involved and stage an intervention. Don't support her habit whatsoever by giving her money or covering for her at work. Be there to listen but not help her habit.

Nothing! She is gonna have to make the decision to get clean for herself. No one or nothing can make that decision for her. Unfortunately, sometimes people have to hit rock bottom before they make a change. Sometimes it is too late. If you believe in God, Pray!
