HE'S PAYING CHILD SUPPORT FOR A CHILD EHE DOES NOT GET TO SEE. HIS EX WIFE REFUSES TO LET HIM SEE HIS DAUGHTER. HE'S COME TO A DECISION THAT HE WANTS TO RELINQUISH HIS RIGHTS AS A FATHER. BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO GO ABOUT HAVING HIS EX WIFE SIGN THE PAPERWORK. SHE SAYS SHE'S NOT GOING TO HAVE HER DAUGHTER THROWN TO THE STREET LIKE A DOG(WITH NO FATHER ). BUT THE LEGAL SYSTEM IS NOT HELPING MUCH. HIS LEGAL VISITATIONS ARE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND AND HE HAS NOT SEEN HER LATELY. LAST TIME WAS PROBABLY A LITTLE OVER TWO MONTHS AGO.

My daughter of 20yrs old & her 3yr old daughter has moved in with my husband & I ,Things were good,she would help keep house,cook dinner & other little things to help out, we never asked her for money to help with running the house hold,one reason she doesn't work & she don't drive,her daughters father sends money every week ($60). A mouth ago she had another baby,the father is nowhere to be found so my husband & i are flipping the bill! Don't miss understand me,We love them very much! Since the baby has came my daughter isn't helping out any more,my husband & both work full time,I work 10pm to 6am and sleep is very little due to my daughter yelling all day long at her 3 yr old,I've been recoving from a hospital stay and can't return to work for about 5 weeks,my daughter hasn't done anything to help me out(i can't left,bend ,push or pull til i'm healed) so money is short and bills be coming along with hospital & doctor bills. So how can i talk to her without her getting upset ?

they spent it on things like divorce, sex change, season football tickets, a tropical vacation, hookers, drugs and porn. can you believe those idiots? i would of found a place to live out of state then got a job. as soon as the hurricane hit people started scamming americans out of money, i just cant believe some people. 1 of the victims used 13 different s.s #'s but the same address and got 13 checks. see how people would rather scam then get a job?
that is terrible. 1 man used a cemetery as his address. the whole thing is so stupid. it just shows how people really are, alot of those people were dishonest, which really doesnt surprise me.

For the past two years i've known this guy who has been the most amzing guy i've ever met...at times. This time last year we decided to start going out and we were in a serious releationship for 10 months. After 10 months we started having little problems and arguing. I thought it was normal and we alwasy talked things out and made things right. After 10 months of being serious and planning out our lives and the "I love you's" he decided he didn't want to be in a relationship with me anymore because he said he didn't want to hurt me. So we broke up and the next day he was going out with a younger girl...in the times that we weren't together...we often talked and he said he still loved me and thought of me. Now he's not with his ex and he wants to rekindle things. After all i've been put through...having my heart broken and having to deal with him just leaving is it right to trust him again? Is it right to have hope in him? One side of me wants to say No but, I love him, is that enough?

My ex and I have been over for almost two yrs.He and his gf and other people have been following me everywhere I go.I filed police report,called his mothers house,and called his gf as well. He knows I know its him but he won't say anything. This has been going on for more than 1yr. Since they don't have descency to say why they are doing this to me how can I resolve this problem? They come around my house,and my family houses and its every day.I don't know what they want cause they are cowards and won't stop to talk.I'm at the point of wanting to hurt one of them.Please help me SERIOUS ONLY!!!

My husband had cancer for four years and passed away May 8. We were married for 17 years and have two kids. During the weeks after his death his best friend was around so much to support myself and the kids and now we have started dating and have very strong feelings for each other. Is this really creepy or is this ok? I have talked to my kids and they like the idea but just not sure what society will think.

I think my girlfriend is cheating on me. Im 17 and shes 18 and we have been together for 4 years. although we have been friends since we were 2. We got drunk and had sex. i regreted it cos of our friendship but she didnt. she wanted to try things with me but i was kind of weary. but it was great. we have talks about the futer and its not as if i need to get to know her cos i do. we were talking about getting engaged and we both agreed on it. but yesterday i found a condom in the toilet and it wasnt mine. i dont know whet to say to her. what shall i do?

When parents on fighting verbally kids should keep their mouths shut. Not their place to be involved. Kids are not the parents and they are not to police parents. Nothing makes me madder then when kids feel they are above the parent. KIDS KNOW YOUR PLACE!

My boyfriend has female friends..I don't mind this, but they like to talk dirty to him. text messages like you wanna fu** me. They maybe just jokieing ,but it is a turn off for me. so i dont like him getting text from them. It has nothing to do with jeliousy, it has more to do with respect of other ppl. feelings. He dont seem to understand that it isnt that he has female friends. It' s how they like to talk to him sometimes. my feelings should be a consideration. At least i think so.

I recently got a roommate about maybe 2-3 months ago...but i am ready for her to move out...things just aren't working out...She cooks and leaves the kitchen all messy...dishes in the sink for 2-3 days and i've told her b4 but she is just not getting it...among other things...But she is going thru some personal issues and i just don't know how to tell her that i want her to move out??? We don't have a lease contract it was just month to month...(for that same reason if things didn't work out). I don't want to sound mean or nothing but it's really not working out....

I'm trying to figure out if my husband has a case to get his child taken from his ex, who is a drug addict and has severe mental problems. We both feel that it would be in the best interest of the child if the mother did not have custody.
