Yep i have the answer to this question.

i met my first love after 7 years (hadn't completely forgotten her and sometimes out of the blue her name would pop into my head once every 6 months or so. the last time this happened was 1 year ago and i met her really soon after that)

afte a lil chat it became very clear that a person i fell in love with a long time ago isn't the same person now. The thing which i missed the most was her beauty, laugh(and sense of humor). in short i didn't felt the same with her anymore

the big realization is that ppl change overtime and the person you fell in love with doesn't exist anymore.

now i have completely forgotten her since she is no more

Unfortunately, you never forget your first love. You will always remember things about that person, whether it be a song that reminds you of them, or a color, or certain weather, or something else. Perfect relief is not possible, except with time. You can not now realize that you will ever feel better. Is not this so? And yet it is a mistake. You are sure to be happy again. To know this, which is certainly true, will make you some less miserable now. I have had experience enough to know what i say; and you need only to believe it to feel better at once. The memory of your first love, instead of an agony, will yet be a sad sweet feeling in your heart, of a purer and holier sort than you have known before. As i said, you can never fully forget your first love: you can only move on. To move on, engage yourself in life, taking on new and exciting activities. Don't dwell on the past, don't be sad that it is over. Be happy that it happened! Continue to love and be happy with yourself until you find that perfect person for you in the future. Even though you loved this person, remember, maybe you are supposed to meet a few wrong people (who seem right at the moment), so that when "The ONE" comes, you will truly know how to appreciate that gift. Good luck to you, and try not to be heartbroken. It is hard to put back together a heart which is shattered. Good luck and God speed.

you will never be able to forget just like many of your firsts in life. youll never forget your first kiss, your first car, the first time you had sex. some things just stay with you forever, but memories are always good to have.
