Okay i have been married 3 yrs not so happily and we have a son who is almost 3 yrs old.The problems in my marriage stem from religius issues (he is jewish/i am catholic)all the way to different mind sets, family values,and morals.We cant agree on how to raise our son at all.We seperated for a year and since my hubby moved back in recently few weeks ago we have gone back to fighting non-stop.We tried counceling 3 times it only made things worse.I feel it may be better for our son if we divorce before things get any worse.I worry though about child custody issues?We live in NYC but my family lives in NJ so i will probably move.Before we seperated my husband told me he would not want custody of our son because he does not want that kind of responsibility?He also insinuated that he would want nothing to do with our child if it was raised my way instead of his?Could he ignore vistitation ect. if he wanted too?

My parents have been fighting since before i was born and they always do it in front of me. They've thought of getting a divorce more than 10 times and are in the midst of another "divorce". My dad blames me for all the fights and my mom expects me to stop them. The last time I did try and stop the fight, it became physical and I got beaten by my dad and he was arrested. I want them to get a divorce but i don't think they even know what they want. My mom always drags my dad's family into the fight and my dad yells at my mom and for every little thing. They've gotten therapy but nothing works. I just don't know why they don't freakin get a divorce. When I don't get involved they blame me and when I do they still blame me for their fights. Someone please just talk to me, I dont know what to do anymore.

Okay i have been married 3 yrs now and its been an extremely rock road.I dated my husband for 2.5 yrs during college it was love at first sight whem we first met and case of polar opposites attracting.I am Catholic and he is Jewish but we also have very different mind sets.Our problems started after our son (unplanned)who is almost 3 yrs old now was born and i refused to convert to juadism.We fight non -stop on how our son should be raised he wants him brought up jewish and i want him brought up with both religions.This led to a seperation for a year and since my hubby moved back in a few week ago fighting has resumed on a new topic.While doing some research on my family history with my cousin for her school project discovered my great gran dad was a nazi.I am a Latina of mixed european extract so its not like i saw this comming?I understand he has family members who survived the war but
now my husband looks at me like i was the devil?

Do you think that a man WOULD NOT be interested in a woman with a PhD? Or would this be viewed as a good thing?

I caught my husband talking and emailing to his ex girlfriend.I checked his cell phone bills and there were numerous calls made to her in the middle of the night,or at work etc. We have been married 5 yrs now,I always thought he is very loyal to me and I never had a single doubt that he would cheat on me.I confronted him and he said,that woman (his ex) would keep calling him and needed to talk to him as a freind.And he was just hiding from me because he did not know how I would react......What should I do,should I trust him again?...also F.Y.I we live in US and he has been making international calls to her and vice-versa. And also,I am 10 weeks pregnant (our first child) and his excuse was that he was anyway going to stop all communication with her as soon as he found out I was pregnant and the last few calls he made to her was to tell her to stop!!!!!!
