oK. I had a friend named Nick. We weren't the closest of friends, but what ever. So then this girl Jessica "steals" him away from me!!! I was so mad!!! She really likes him, but so do I. He's really cute and is one year younger that me..........but he's stuipid, i don't know if he even knows what 2+2 is!!!!!! What do i do?!?! I feel like crying, but I won't.

Ok at school two days ago my friend Chris was walking with me alone on the track, and I said i was really cold, and he offered to give me his coat. I felt weird, so I said no thank you, i'm fine. Well my best friend Christina was absent that day, and she really likes Chris, but I also like him......A LOT!!! So I called her right away when I got home. She was really mad and at the same time sad about what had happened earylier that day. But she said whatever and tried to ignore it. At school he flirts with me and says hi to me (and Christina) in the hallways between classes. I'm afraid to talk to him infront of her because she makes me feel like an idiot in front of him when she says stuff about me. So I try to talk to him when she's not around. Which is never......but i'm afraid that he's gonna ask me out infront of her....if he does, Christina would cry her eyes out and probably never talk to me again. I seriously need some advice, and fast!!!!! PLEASE answer this quetion for me!!!!!!

Ok there's this girl, who is supposeed to be my friend. She's really nice and she says that shes glad that im her friend. yeah... she tells ALL my secrets, starts rumors up about me, and this one time during english class, she asked me an embarrassing question in front of the WHOLE class and everyone was laughing at me.. Should I drop her as a friend??

Two of my flatmates have recently started ignoring me for no apparent reason. We were fine up until Tuesday night, then one of them stopped talking to me and now the other one isnt talking to me either. I haven't done or said anything to piss them off, but a couple of their friends have been arguing over where to live next year and we all seem to have become caught up in it. Should I confront them or write a letter, or just leave it? I should mention that I can't stand confrontation, but the tension is really bad now, and I dont want to go away for 3 weeks without sorting it out somehow.

Please help! I have to decide today as I'm going on holiday tommorrow!

pregnant and one of my friends called to ask me. I told her I was not and someone lied. So she and I hung out this weekend and she said mean stuff like - "all I could think about was being there for you - cause he wouldnt be". That really hurt my feelings and I just looked at her like WHAT?

She constantly throws in my face what her and her man are doing and how special he is to her and then asks why do I love my boyfriend? Why do I stay with him?

What would you do? I love my bf - no he's not perfect.
She is not the only one, my other friend I went on vacation with her this summer with her whole family my bro and his gf and his gf and my friend are family.
She said my bf could not come and the answer was no.
Then this week she asked me to ask him to come to a Christmas party. Last time I did this she introduced him to a girl who he started hanging out with a lot. He was not interested in her but - still hurt my feelings.
Why do my friends do me this way and what do I do?

I had a best friend(a girl-kandis) for four year,& in the past we have been more,we broke up & Said that we would just stay friendsThen I met my b-f Quentin,We have been dating for a while,in june kandis came over.We all Got high, & My old feelings for her came back,we started hanging on each other.he sai he didnt care what we did,If he didnt see it then it didnt happen.He went to onther room.her & I started having sex for the first time.he walked in & walked right back out,then left & came back.After Mine & her buzz was over & we realized what we just did,I went & talked to him.He was pissed. after she went home He never wanted me to talk to her again.Just the other day I seen Kandis Walking IN a highway,I stop to see if she was ok,& we ended up talking for 1hr then I went to see Quentin & told him I needed to be honest.He got pissed & mad the statment that we must have been f-ing.I havent talked 2 him in a week.he hasnt called or anything.what do i do.Is it over?

My dad is so overly strict on me. He wont let me go out and i always have to call him in 24/7 telling him where im going after school. The problem is im not a teenager anymore. im going to be 20. He always tells me to grow up, but he treats me like a kid. I have the freedom of a 6 year old basically. I know he cares and everything and i tried to talk to him but he's just so stubbourn. He always bringing up the old traditions and the teachings of islam when he thinks im doing something wrong. Plus he always lectures me about stupid stuff like Look both ways when crossing the street and dont talk to strangers. I'v been hearing this since i was a little kid.

This person always asks for a car ride back home with me...problem is this person lives about an hour away from my house...my brother picks me up on his way and gets reaally tired by the time we get home. He does NOT want to drive another hour out of his way. Obviously one can notice this. However, it is like it is expected of us. I hinted and hinted but it's the same: Can you take me all the way? What the hell do I say??
Oh and of course, my brother never sees any contribution money for gas. Also, this person's friends come along too sometimes...car is packed and everything.

I had a friend who was a next door neighbor of ours.. When I first met her she seemed completely normal. Little by little I found out details about her such as that she was taking prozac ammoung other anti depressants (which I know nothing about) Anyway, she became a "stressful" friend, I'd cringe when the phone would ring or there was knock on door. She'd pop over anytime even late at night or during dinner and just come right in and taste or even sit down and start eating!! SHe lost her job and it got worse even still! We have since moved, and I don't take her calls or if she pops over I do not answer the door. I have TOLD her to please leave us alone, at first nicely but have HAD to tell her she causes me stress in my own home. I have not spoken to her in about 1 1/2 yr. but she called back in Aug 06 and again the other night saying she had some pics of my kids and wants to get them back to me and catch up with each other! ..cont..

Can you kill your mom or dad by not loving them?I mean never kissing, hugging/touching them and always saying you hate them and telling them to drop dead almost every day?My friend does this to her parents and she does it to her dad.He is our college physics teacher. We are both in the same class.She does it to him all the time and he used to be soo cheerful and playful. But my friend (his daughter) called him a geek in class. One day she told him to drop dead in lab & was only trying to help her set up an experiment .That day I almost cried because he was so shocked and hurt and went into his office and sat there with his head in his hands. It was SO SAD.
Maybe it isnt my business but he is my teacher and I do love him (as a human and friend). I've known him all my life and he is friends with my parents. His daughter is my best friend since we were 3 years old.But she is going to kill her father by means of shear meanness to him. What should I say to make him believe she loves him?

My best friend had just broke up with her basically first boyfriend ever....well after they had broken up me and her X had become best friends (nothing more!!!) well the problem with that is that we really hated eachother when they were going out i mean we really couldnt stand eachother at all!! So when she found out that we started hanging out she kind of felt like she had been dissed and that i had screwed her over for him. But which is not tru only because i helped him when they were braking up ( i mean that when they were having troubles he had no one else to talk to because all of his friends wouldve made fun of him and taunt him and s*** like that!) So when they broke up and we became friends it felt that we just couldnt be friends because everyone thought there was something going on which there wasnt but i think that also had her a lil influenced on the situation.

ya know.. you have a "best friend" who you call every few days or so to see how she is doing, and she always says"hey i am coming out there next week, i want to visit you, call me." so you do, and they never call back... this happens all the time to me with my good friend, she is such a flake!!! Every time i go out to where she lives, i never flake, i call her and go see her, but she flakes all the time!! also i have a good guy friend, and he is just horrible at calling back period... i always have to call him, and he's like "i am horrible at calling people" he's just always been like that for the years i've known him, i just think it's funny how some people can be so horrible at calling back, especially when you call someone about something really important.. and leave a message... do any of you agree?

we were good friend, from more than one year, used to speak to each other everyday and meet and tell things to each other (or atleast i thought so). We also used to hang out with each other many times.
He used to treat me in a way that u think- he cares about me, i had started getting involved in him a little bit.
suddenly i heard that he is in a relationship with a girl.
I felt very bad that he couldnt even tell me about it. whenever such topic used to come while talking between us, he has always contradicted his relation, denying that he does not have any girl in his life. why did he lie? i am feeling sick, betrayed...
i know everyone has right to decide what things to share, but atleast friends share everything. I havent told him yet that i know. How should i apprach him now?
