I shall stand up for myself and I should to use fight back against someone who's treating me and making me discourged. You know that I was very smart and attractive. But one of my friends wouldn't treat me like this. That really destroys my friendship. To learn the ways to deal with someone who's misunderstands me, tells what to do too much and pushes me around. I cannot stand someone. My job is to put a end to this.

The other day I witnessed what looked like a mother and father taking turns beating up an 18 or 20 year old girl whom I believe was the daughter..the mom was pulling her hair and the dad was slapping her face and back...I pulled over and wanted to say something..but the father threatned me to, it all stopped but I wanted to call the cops..a few others broke it up and I left..should I have called the cops on these abusive parents?

Whys does he speak to me in public places?
this guy at my school who attends they same school as i, always stares at me and i feel its disrespectful; and i feel embarrassedl. he has done plenty of times ,everytime im by myself, he could even be in a group of girls and he does it and when he's by himself. he never says anything which perplexes me.i looked at him one time when he did and he continued to stare. but for some strange reason he speaks to me in public everytime i might happen to see him around. i dont understand, does he dislike me for some strange reason? And i know and heard he's a male whore.

I have a new friend who is the sister of my closest friend, who married recently. His sister and I can't stand the woman he married, and that's about all we have in common.

The sister calls me all the time to talk about the woman, to tell me baby stories, to shoot the breeze. I think she is a great girl, but I am definitely NOT a person who can be on the phone for two hours every night. Not only do I not have the time, I just don't talk on the phone that much.

So far, I've tried being slow to return calls and answer emails, but she's not picking up the hint.

How can I politely tell her that she needs to call me a little less without hurting her (or her brother's) feelings? Or can I? Barring that, how can I get off the phone with her so that I'm not stuck talking for two hours?

Thanks for whatever advice you can offer.

I moved away from my elementary school five years ago, And I'm trying to find three of my old friends. I know their last names, And what schools they may be at, And I've found pictures of them too. I've tried servers to find them, But they're mostly for college people and not highschool students. Anybody got a site where I could find them? This means alot to me! Thanks!

I sent them messages and included my email address..
when you send a message like that , will you get an email from the person or will the answer come back thru zaba search? I know they have emails.

I had a friend that i always used to see and talk to last year. but this year, we barely say a word to each other, i don't know why. do u think if i just go up to her and start talking to her and stuff like last year, it would be kind of weird?

I have, who I think is, a really good friend, but there is a 36 year age difference. One wouldn't think its possible for people of two very different generations to be friends. But, I also am not sure if she feels as strongly as I do. Why on earth would she want to spend with me? What do you all think?

Ok this is about my friend (yes really!!)what would u do if you were her.
Her boyfriends has recently lost his Dad and his best friend comitted suicide.
This happened within weeks of each other. He then for a holiday to get away and whilst there he cheated on her, she feels guilty if she leaves him as he is really grieving, but she is also really pissed off at him for cheating and she feels really hurt as well.

I'm a girl and I really like this boy. I can't tell if he likes me. Sometimes I catch him looking at me, but I don't know if he does a lot. He gives me this certain smile that I've never seen him give to anyone else. He might, but I'm not sure. I moved away from a good friend of mine like two years ago (we're not so far away, just maybe a half-hour or 50 minute drive now.) We keep in touch via IM all the time, and if we have time we'll hang out over the weekend.

Since I left though, he got a girlfriend. He incorporates her into pretty much everything and tells me about it, and now I think we've been spending less time together because of it. Is this normal?
