we are 16. i want to spend 20 on 12 on them and can spend 250 the most. they all are getting bath and body works and i dont want to get them the same thing. any idea?

you can give them something that's kind of the"sign of your friendship" thingi. BFF bracelet for example. Anything may do. If they really are you friends they will treasure anything from you.

Well you can always get lotions and bath salts and just get different scents for each of them. I know that with both lotion and bath salts you should be able to find at least 6 different scents so if you get six different scents in body lotions and six different scents in bath salts you will be able to get all 12 people something that is different but similar. They may also have perfumes that you could substitute some of those for to have a little more variety. I hope this helps.

Well get a mixture of things and then just put them in gift boxes and put someone name on them. Something like scented candles, make up, bracelets, necklaces, ear rings, compactsor lapel pins like angels or something else. You can give one gift to one or have two or three in a box. It will be fun to figure out who gets what. JUst tell them you made it into a game with presents.
