My best friend had just broke up with her basically first boyfriend ever....well after they had broken up me and her X had become best friends (nothing more!!!) well the problem with that is that we really hated eachother when they were going out i mean we really couldnt stand eachother at all!! So when she found out that we started hanging out she kind of felt like she had been dissed and that i had screwed her over for him. But which is not tru only because i helped him when they were braking up ( i mean that when they were having troubles he had no one else to talk to because all of his friends wouldve made fun of him and taunt him and s*** like that!) So when they broke up and we became friends it felt that we just couldnt be friends because everyone thought there was something going on which there wasnt but i think that also had her a lil influenced on the situation.

Do you really need to ask? Of course you were. You should have been talking to her and helping her out when they were breaking up. You also should have told her that you talked to him right away and not let her find out later or from someone other than you.

I am sorry to say....
but i think you were....i think she may think that you were jealous when they were together thats why you hated his guts and now that they split up you were tryna get with him...you shouldn't let a guy get in the way of your friendship...i think you you were maybe using the fact that his friends would have laughed at him as an excuse... if none of this seems to be true...try talking to your friend and explaining why you did it...
