I've been nice to very person that i know, i'm sarcastic at times and a bit of a goof but i've never had what people would call a 'true friend' cause i always got treated like i wasn't as good as them. Sure by now i'm getting use to it and am making friends but i'm always scared that they'll just drop me like every other person has. i think im a good person i'm a bit disty but i'm not like most girls, i'm not overly obsessed with looking the best at all times. I'm really shy but will be myself when i get more comfortable around the person. So why were the 'friends' i had in the past be such B I T C H E S to me??? Why do some people have to be so mean to other people??

while at i was at school school a very good friend of mine was told she looked pregnant. i know that doesnt seem like a big deal, but my friend has been trying for months to lose what little belly she has, and has seen no results. the fact that this kid is constantly harrassing her about it troubles me deeply. she seemed unhurt by the comment, until she left the room. i commented on the power of the slap that she gave him after he said that, and she began to cry. thats enough backstory.

she sat down and started to cry, and the only thing i oculd think of doing was just sitting with her and tried to make her feel better, but seeing as im no Dr Phil, i doubt i really had an effect. basically i told her that there are people like that all over, and you have to ignore them. and i also informed her that she is perfect the way she is, and needs to change for noone. however, i found out a few hours later that he hit her while i was talking to a friend, and that this isnt a first...

Ok i like this guy, And i asked him out, he said no, but really makes me mad is she dilerbatler stole him from me! I asked her to ask him out for me, she did,he said no, i was ok,i found out she and him were going out, and i cried for the next week! my best friend... D, *not real name*, has a scary problem with her teacher, Mrs. S.. mrs. s scares her w/ her mascara-covered eyes and her bleach-blonde hair. mrs. s is kinda old, so u know hat stare they can give someone.
but D sits in the very very VERY front, in a desk that sticks out in front of the other rows. to make things worse, D sits in front of 2 girls she dislikes, ashley (who she had a SERIOUS problem with last year) and taylor, (for reasons i dont know)
one day, D asked mrs. s when they were going to switch seats. mrs. s guessed that D didnt like her seat. (it gives her a cold sweat from nerves) D nodded lightly, and mrs.s said "oh then i guess ill keep u there." D stood there, dumbstruck. then mrs.s said "i dont want to have to learn everyones names AGAIN."
D's like, HELLO, U HAVE ONLY KNOWN US FOR... 2-3 MONTHS!!! but of course she didnt say.

Poor D...

what can i do to help D geth through with this problem?

I really like this shy girl and we've known each other a few weeks but so far it's just small talk. She seems to enjoy my company and sometimes she laughs and we have a good talk and other times she's quiet, but she stays for a while till the talk runs out. I really think she likes me but I can't figure out how to tell her my feelings! Sometimes when I say how she's pretty she'll laugh and look embarrassed but then we carry on like I didn't say anything. I've said how I enjoy her company, how it's really nice talking to her. I don't know what else to do. I'm shy too so I don't think I can just say I love you.

I'm so lonely. My husband is in the military and works nights. I work days, and haven't made any real friends, so I have no one to do anything with. We've lived here for 2 years, I've met plenty of women like me, and always offer to get together, but no on ever takes me up on my offer. They never offer to get together with me. The only time I get social interaction is at the grocery store. Or if my husband has his friends over, their wives will pretty much stick to themselves or make small talk. Then I think we've chatted enough to hang out just girls, and they never come around. I am the one who gets left out whenever the other wives get together. My hubby thinks it's just me taking it personally, but then why don't I have someone I can call to do anything with. I am so freakin lonely, it's depressing.

i got in a huge arguement with these girls because they think i was talking about them behind they're backs. im not but they say one of my friends is telling them that. now i don't know who to trust and they're all saying they're gonna "whoop my a**." i really don't wanna fight with them so don't tell me to just fight them. i want to resolve this peacefully without anyone raising they're voice or cursing and especially without fighting. what should i do? im in school so should i tell a counselor and let them deal with it? i don't want to because they don't do anything about it they just call the people in and have us talk things. and of course, they're going to lie about it. please help me!! i really don't want to fight anyone and im going to ask for backup.

I love them all
but they hate me

Ok so my BFFLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL is totally obsessed with this guy and i found out that he likes me and i like him a lot and someone told me he was gonna ask me out. my friend was joking and saying dont go out with him or else i wont be your friend, and i dont know if she really meant that, and if i go out with him she'll call me a backstabber to my face and behind my back. She really isn't that fat! She's like.... 4'10 and weighs 105 pounds! I weight a lot more than that! Ok.. the problem is that she doesn't like her body! She wears a jacket around class to class when it's burning hot!!! She hates getting up to turn in a test cuz everyone will see her body!!! She's really acting crazy!

I am a strong Christian, and every time I try to talk to her about what she does, she gets mad because I get mad. She's done things such as cutting, smoking and getting drunk. She is easily influenced and adapts to whatever her friends do. I moved away and am unable to hang out with her. what should i do? should i tell her mom what she's doing?

I have a friend who's had her boyfriend's daughter since birth she's now 2yrs old and her mother war incarcerated now thats she's home from jail she wants her daughter and the baby's father and he also has been acting funny with my friend since she's been home from jail.He sits in the car and talk to her. my friend has gotten attached to the daughter but shes afraid that she won't see her again he's taking her back out of town to her mother

well im 18 and im depressed i fell alone and i fell hurt all of my friends family and people i love left me
i live in a terrible family i was beat raped 4 times my sister is gay my other sis mentally ill my uncle raped my sister got her pregnant my sister ran away 4 yrs ago my other sis went back to my parents and i stayed with my sick grandma she has cancer high blood pressure diabetes and girls rejected me and friends betrayed me

i got locked up and had a change of plans and started to be a gd person helping others telling jokes i want to be a famous comedian well recently everyone that helped me in my life is leaving me and i had to take time off of skool to take care of my grandma cuz her liver went bad i have a amazing girl friend that went to Michigan to live were still together shes perfect

one of my best friends ended our friendship he was doing the wrong things and i was trying to help him he stabbed me in the back

took therapy and i mite not pass sad hurt and alone help

At this point in my life I prefer to be somewhat of a loner, go to work come home, relax. There is a woman who I have known for about 17 yrs. We met at the park where we both had 3yr old daughters taking a preschool class. Soon after we became friends she developed schizophrenia and would bring all her daughters toys to my children and would tell me that there are listening devices all over... under tables, behind pictures on the walls, stuff like that.

She has spent time in hospitals and is on medication. She doesn't work, she gets a disability check. Over the years I would hear from her once or twice a year and we would just play catch up on what is happening in each others lives.

About a year ago she moved to an apartment that is about 4 blocks away from me and has been calling constantly. I let her come over and spend the day with me once and now she calls several times a week. I don't want to be rude but its a little too much for me.

Any suggestions?
