This girl know's that i like her and i really want to ask her out but i am totally afraid she will say no and everything will get screwed up. (This girl is friends with a bunch of friends i have who are girls.) What should I do?

In my daughter's best friend's family the Grandpa committed suicide Thursday, but this brings the subject up in our household also (kids talk). My mother is diagnosed with a terminal cancer and it won't be long until I have to address this directly with my daughter. She is 6 years old. Recommendations?

I have always close to my son, but he always also wanted to be close to his dad. It finally happened when my son decided he liked golf like his dad did - here is the deal.

It has taken over our lives. That is all they talk and think about when together. Lately I have been laughed at when inquiring about their day at golf, I think they think it is wasting their time explaining (I assume, anyway). I try to engage, but don't think they want me to even be there when they get home from the course. They want to talk their talk and they are just trying to amuse me if they even go on about it... how I feel, anyway.

What now? How do I make it back into their lives as golfers when I'm not one? How do I make it OUR time, not tee time every day?

I already asked this question, but no one gave me real answers and they didn't read what I posted and gave me stuff I didn't want or need. Please read in entirety before replying, if you do not know, please do not answer. I am looking for a place that sells Cambodian wedding dresses, but not in Cambodia or Vietnam, because it will take far too long to have them made in my small size and shipped to America. I cannot even find the fabric so I can make them. All the fabrics I found online are plain cambodian fabrics, I need stuff for a wedding. I tried google, yahoo and all that, so please do not leave answers saying google it. I need them soon, by May for rehearsal, but can do without until the actual wedding in July. I need 10 and two dresses for each of my three brides mates. Please only leave answers if you really know of a place, an actual place, not a guess or google or something like that, a physical place you have seen or been told of. Thank you for any help you can give.

I am at a crossroads right now and don't know what to do. I just finished getting an associates degree (amounts to nothing) and haven't worked for the past 3 years (my son will be three this year). There is a roof over our head and food in our bellies. Here's the question: Should I start my own business and give it two years to start making a profit or should I work full time (for the first time in my son's life) for two years? The ultimate goal is to have a down payment for a house in a better neighborhood before he starts school. The bigest dilema is should I go for the guaranteed 6 bucks an hour or take the chance on making more from home?

not even little white lies...they're just slight omissions of details. ex: "did you go on the date lastnight" "ya" (but really it was two days ago) these fine little details seem to ALWAYS get me into trouble. am i doing something wrong? sometimes i don't have time to correct people...

I know a girl from 7 months now but I dont see her alot maybe 1 time a month but I talk with her alot on telephone or email, she told me that she have a bf but I don belive that I don know why when I see her the last time she sat beside me and she touched my arm and she made me went with her beside window (me and her alone) and talk, I feel after I see her that she changed alot with me couz when I visited her the last time she called me 5 times that day and the last call was in 2:30 am and said that she cant sleep, but when I didnt see her she didnt call at all.. me just callin I know that am crazy but what can I do to know

Not trying to be cheap, but I have already attended one bridal shower (with a gift in tow), and will be going to another one tomorrow as well. In addition to this, I will be bringing a gift to the "lingerie giving party", the bachlorette party, and to the wedding. Not to mention, for the bachlorette party we are all flying to NYC to party (on our own dime, I might add). I mean, ouch! This is killing my pocketbook. Is it wrong to not bring a gift to the party tomorrow??

Why do even the most POPULAR JOCKS are too intimidated to ask me to PROM?
What is wrong with me?They all just stare..

Here are some facts about me:
Physically I guess I am considered attractive: 34c-25-36 Long wavy brown hair that I sometimes put to the side, olive/tanned skin, blue/green eyes, full lips and straight white teeth that took years to get that way.

Personality wise I am a little shy but flirty, straight-foward, intriguing (as people say), nice, funny, intelligent, creative, caring, and mysterious.

I only went out with 1 guy and to my luck he was the captain of the football team, the buffest guy in school and since than no one asks me out.

Hello all. 4 months ago I met this wonderful woman. She is very beautifu; and we get on great together. I am in love with her. She is divorced and has a daughter. Her marriage was not happy. Initially when we were going out she told me she did not want to be in a relationship. I didnt push her just kept seeing her. About 2 weeks ago she asked me to be her boyfriend which I thought was significant. We made love 3 times. It was awesome for me and she says she enjoyed it too. Its a week after we last made love. She called to see me for coffee today. She spent 15 minutes with me and said she needed to go towork. She didnt arrange any time for us to meet. She has time to meet friends etc. Im not sure where I stand. After we met she texted me"I love u and i miss u!". If she did wy didnt she arrange time to meet. What do i do? I really love this woman but dont want to loose her by crowding her. How do i know if she means it when she says she loves me. Thnkas for advice/

My Friend is still on the crash diet. Most of the time she only does this kind of thing for like a day or two. Well this time i believe she is serious. She does this kind of thing for attention, so conventinal methods don't work. It turns out thatthis is linked to her relationship with her parents. They keep telling her " if you keep eating like this, you'll blow up like a balloon!!". She has taken it to heart this time and is skipping meals. I can't just tell her that i am there for her, it has no affect, she just keeps starving herself. Me and my friends keep telling herself that she's not fat, but she doesn't listen. Any ideas?? About 3 years ago I was having some problems with my b/f, call him Jim, and I talked to a guy friend of mine about it a lot, we'll call him Chad. I broke up with Jim and got together with Chad.
He made me realize a lot of things about myself that I needed to find out, and we really got along great and had a lot of chemistry. I realized after a little while that I still loved Jim, so I broke it off with Chad and went back to Jim - Who is now my husband.
Chad's b-day is coming up and I wanted to tell him how much he meant to me and thank him for everything he did for me, but I'm not sure if I should. Jim never really liked Chad, but I'm not looking to really reconnect with him, I just want him to know I still think he's a good guy, and that he meant a lot to me (and still does), cuz we didn't really end things on good terms (he said he still loved me when I left, and he was pretty hurt).

So, I'm pretty much asking - What does everyone think I should do?

where would one feel more pressure working for; some regular boss or if that boss is a family member which happens to be my situation right now and it's not a good one. An example that my old boss would be something like "Hurry up already your making me look bad", and that was in retail. My cousin who I'm working with as a carpenter tells me to hurry up and I barely have a week working there, but in the heat of the moment I felt like answering back to him. What I mean is I wanted to raise my voice because he was scolding me or if at best put my foot down and tell he's crossing the line. what should i do give me some advice thanks.

this always seems to be part of their strategy. I find if I am attracted to a women and they act interested it's on. If they play hard to get I just ignore them. I don't feel like playing chess. If your unattractive it doesn't matter how hard to get you play.
