i really like this girl i see in the bus. we go to the same school, but i rarely see her there....i dont want to creep her out (she probably knows how hot she is), but i want to be friends (or more) with her....can you help me set up a scenario? (we're both girls, sorry i didnt say that earlier)

hmm...try easy things like finding if she has a myspace or livejournal and messaging her saying something silly like "hey, i recognized u so i added you. whats up?" that will start a conversation and a basis from which you can build on....or if you see her doing something at school, like a club or something, take notice of it and compliment her (maybe she is in drama club...go to a performance and compliment her the next day..try to start up a converstaion..

Well, I don't see why you would creep her out by just talking to her. Talk to her on the bus... tell her you like her purse or shoes or something, ask her where she got them, and so on...
