I promised my girlfriend that i would give up my practicing witch craft but i really dont what should i do???

She should accept you for who you are, just as you accept her. Trying to make you change is unfair and will eventually become destructive and hurtful in your relationship.

You're a Wiccan? Think of the Threefold Law. You PROMISED her you would stop. If you don't stop, you've done something wrong, even if it's not a spell. If I'm thinking right, the Threefold Law will still apply, even if it's not a spell, and you will regret it later.
Just quit it. Talk to her about it. If you love her more than Wicca, then it won't be as hard as you think, and if you tell her about it, maybe you'll cause her to be more comfortable with it.
