he is 22 and his girlfriend is 18, i have another friend who is going out with someone but doesn't dump on his friends to hang with his girlfriend 24/7.

plus his girlfriend is the most painful, mood-swingy beeeyatch the world has ever seen.

I have been w/ my husband for 15 years. This summer he started an affair w/ my cousin.. A cousin I grew up w/ and welcomed into my house all summer w/ her children. Now he is seeking a divorce from me. My doctor suspects I have HPV, (God Only knows what else). I have been totally faithful through our marriage. He on the other hand who knows.. He now wants half the house. Which means I may lose it and then where do I go w/ my 2 young girls 8 and 10.
I will never afford a new house. Our house has more than tripled in value since we bought it. I dont want money if I sue, I just want my house/ I have also been in therapy and so have my daughters since this happened. I would love to recoup all my $20 copays I cant afford tooooo.
Any Massachusetts Lawyers out there I would love to know my options.. PLEASE HELP

I didn't really like him that much after the split as I was still into my ex. But now I'm starting to like him. He was there for me after the split and very consoling texting me everyday. We did end up together once or twice. Now we are helping each other aswell with business stuff, sharing knowledge etc. He has been asking me for coffee on and off during the year but I was seeing someone so I didn't want the hassle of meeting him as I knew I liked him and I would be nervous. He was hinting at a relationship with me 2 wks ago, but I didn't respond to him on that. I had just split up and was in bits.Last week he wanted to know if we were friends and I said yes friends is good and told him I had split up twice in 3 yrs and so need to do my thing now I guess.Then he emailed me on the business stuff yesterday and said hopes to see me during the week for some fun. I just don't want to end up rushing into something and getting hurt again. I like being with him and think it may be positive??

I feel that if you have been intimate then you should do it face to face!

Do you think if i called my gf at 3am just to tell her i loved her, she'd get angry? I always think of her before i go to bed, and sometimes i'd be up all night thinking if she was next to me etc etc and really start to miss her, and at times i really feel like picking up the fone and calling her just to hear her voice...but i don't know if i wake her up she might get angry, so how would u girls feel if your bf wakes u up at 3 just to say that?

My live in boyfriend of 3 years and I are in the process of buying a house together, we are both separated (not divorced). I have been separated for over 8 years, he for 3 years. We are buying a home in Western,Ma. His wife lives in Connecticut with his 3 children and my husband lives in N.Y.C. MY question is this, do our spouses have any right to the house if we get divorced from them? Me and my friends will make faces, put on ridiculous voices and carry on like it for hours. Sometimes with my boyfriend I'll just start singing little tunes while pulling funny faces, totally out of the blue.
