I dreamt that my bf died and i werent with himwhen it happened his mum rang to sayhe died durin heart sugery as he was in a car accident and i couldnt believe it i was cryin and i even txted him sayin i loved him so weird yeah anyway when i woke up i was cryin already and my pillow was wet it was the weirdest thing.....has anyone else had a dream where they cry ordo sumthing in there sleep? my bf found it so weird that i woke up cryin in my sleep

this can happen to anyone so dont worry, the fact that you were so upset shows how much you care about him. also dreams usually mean something totally different to what they appear to. you can get dream books that tell you what they mean,

This just about love. You so love the person that you fear his death. You want him always at your side.
I happened to me as I was 3 years out for studies. I dreamt my mom died and cried the whole night.I woke up and found pilot wet. What was worse in my case was that even awaken I continued having the same strong feeling. I thought people back home were hiding the truth from me.

Try not to eat dairy, watch freeky films or caffeine before you go to sleep. It reduces your metabolism and will give you a better sleep. If your body is processing energy in your sleep, your brain is going into overtime, turning your once quality dreams into Stephen King thrillers!

yes i have had the dream where 1 of my children died and i woke up sobbing and it took me a min or 2 to realize it was only a dream i have woke up laughing shouting talking x
