Hi. I met this cop online from a dating site. He is a rookie cop and we talked a bit. He actually lives very close by. He gave me his cell number. Should I text him after the second time talking? Can he find out a whole mess of info on me from my cell number? I am super shy with guys so I dunno if I should wait a bit to text him to show I am not desperate and maybe make him wonder what I am up to or should I text him. Any ideas? Is it bad to date a cop?

My best friend needs avdice on this guy she's seeing. She has been "friends with benefits" with this guy for awhile and is starting to have other feelings for him. She's afraid to ask how he feels about her though. They go out to dinner and movies every weekend. She sleeps at his apartment, met his parents and friends and everything. I'm not really sure what to tell her but I think she needs to find out if he has any feelings for her. What should she say/do? I need help so I can know what to tell her. Ok...let's see...I'm 15....pretty tall....ok looking, wouldn't say pretty, and I get along with most people I meet.


Ever since the 7th grade girls that were in my class were always talking about their boyfriends. Me...I had crushes and stuff...but it was just..Oh, he's hot!

When I came to high school (9th grade) I told this one girl that I didn't have a boyfriend nor did I ever have one. I even told her I hadn't even kissed a boy yet! She thought I was kidding and when she realized that I wasn't...she was shocked!

I'm in the 10th grade now and I still sometimes get that reaction. Never had a boyfriend...never been kissed!

Is it weird that I haven't had a boyfriend or even had my first kissed and I'm 15???

We have been engaged for 4 months and since then he has changed it is like he is a completly different person. He no longer shows any affection and his excuse for this is that he does not feel like he needs to anymore cos he already has me!, we dont have sex anymore he spends all day and all night on the computer and it is to much hassle to talk to me when i go in for a conversation.
I am moving to queensland on the weekend for 6 months to help my sister out with her kids and while i am up there i want to break up with him but dont know how to do it. we share a house together so that makes it a bit harder cos when we are broken up one of us is going to have to move out. I dont think he thinks there is a problem with our relationship but i dont want to spend the rest of my life in a relationship that i am never going to be happy in.

There's a guy I really like a lot. There are mixed signals coming from him. I am not sure if they are mixed signals or just my own wistful interpretation of the things he do. I want to give up on him because I don't think we will ever be together and I don't think destiny is on my side anymore. I want to believe more strongly that destiny has someone else for me. I just want to stop thinking about him and sleep soundly through the night without waking up at 5am thinking about him. I prayed very very hard for him for a few months already but I think ultimately it came to nothing and God just does not want us to be together. The more I pray, the more hopeful I become. This is bad because I want to forget about him now and all this hope built up in me is bad. I still dream that I still have a chance but I guess not. Valentines' is coming up and it makes me feel worse. Advice please? what do I do?

Ok , husband had viagra,,,, tells me that he doesnt care for the way viagra makes him feel the morning after(?) informed me he is giving them to an business associate. this is after having used 6 of the 10 with me. He is also going on a business trip to florida . Comes home and tells the story of giving them to his "friend" around four different times, a real over kill don't ya think? The following day i see him in the closet messing in his then emptied suitcase. He didn't see me doing this. After he left i dug in the suitcase and there was a piece of paper crumbled up and guess what baby blue sat in it? Yep a Viagra! Na i cant imagine he saved that for me, he has now gone back on another trip to florida with his little secret! Is this the writing on the wall? Help me!

My boyfriend of three years forgot our second anniversary. Valentine's day of that year, I got a call around 10pm, when I was crying my eyes out. He didn't say "Happy Birthday" until we were in bed at 11:30pm and I started to cry. Christmas I got a neck pillow in front of my family. Now, it's our third anniversary and I got a call around 6pm with a Happy Anniversary. I sent him flowers and a balloon. We're young, 21 & 23. Now we have a long distance relationship because he got out of the army and had to go back home to get back into the norm of civilian life.

I'm really upset that he keeps downplaying these days that are important to me. I always make his days special. When he had 6 months and 3 months left in the Army, I made him cakes and took him out. We're getting engaged soon. Am I just setting myself up for a 'forgetful' marriage?

He knows these days are important to me. However, he acts like I'm the one overreacting when I get upset. Wouldn't any girl be devestated?

I divorced 1 1/2 years ago, my son who is about to turn 17 years lives with me practically on a fulltime basis, he goes to his mom's only every other weekend. We have joint custody of my daughter (50/50) who will be turning 13 later this month. Why then do I have to still pay her child support? I am not sure how much she makes but she does have a fulltime job, I would greatly appreciate any ideas or advise from anyone who might be able to steer me in the riight direction.

My ex and i broke up a year and a half ago. We still hook up once and a while and have sex. He says is going to break up with his girlfriend if i say ill be with him. I'm in my mid-20s. I recently broke up with g/f Lisa of 5 years. She became too possessive, which led to serious/constant arguments & stress/anxiety. Twice I'd suggested a break but Lisa assured things would be OK! 2 months ago I met another woman (Amy) through a close friend..3 weeks ago I broke up with Lisa to begin seeing Amy. The prob, I'm still living with Lisa in a house we bought 6 months ago, the mortgage is in both names - if either of us left we'd be homeless. Lisa begged me to get back with her, saying she loves me & will change. She got sympathy from MY mum after private talk with her. Mum resents me & said im selfish/cruel. She thinks things were OK until i met Amy so wanted me to stop seeing Amy, get back with Lisa, work through probs & try again. i felt guilty for seeing Amy so soon, so i told Amy I'd to take mums advice. we both cried & i had to leave Amy devestated. Amy wants the chance to be a great g/f. I like Amy. But im scared of losing house & moms support. Help?
