As part of my youth committee in my neighborhood, we had a planning meeting today to decide on what activities we'd like to do this year. I was sick, but sent my sister (also a member) with a list of great ideas for these activities: volunteering at the animal shelter, a talent show, photo scavenger hunt, bigger and better, playing balderdash... just fun things.


She came home with the list of things they had decided on, clearly adult chosen. Things like cleaning the chairs at the church in our neighborhood, having an hour and half read-a-thon, guest speakers, car wash....


Okay... those do not even BEGIN to compare to my ideas! No one will come to those!!! Gosh!!!


The YOUTH COMMITTEE is supposed to decide on the YOUTH ACTIVITIES!!! If we wanted adults to choose them, we would have an ADULT committee to plan the youth activities.


Please assure me that I am not crazy in thinking this, and let me know how I can let them know that I hate these ideas!!!!!

1. If you are married and your wife finds porn disrespectful, should you still watch it anyways? (wheather she knows or not) 2. Is it wrong of the wife to ask husband not to watch it? I currently live in FL I plan on moving to NY*where im originally from*but my mom keeps trying to persuade me to stay home,go to a community college for 2 years(I hate florida,its soooo boring)!Im a good kid,make decent grades,I dont give trouble(unlike my 2 older brothers) and never disobey her b/c shes scary,dominating,and controlling.I'm getting older and should be able to make my own decisions by the time I turn 18. My dad lives in NY and I can live with him if I want but I really want to be independent after high school.It would break my moms heart if I moved with him b/c he never was around for me when I was younger; she basically raised me but now shes becoming too much of a "pushover". I would like to live on my own during college,but that fact wont go through my moms head...how do I make it clear to her? I'm very fustrated and I dont want to take my anger out on her nor my dad.

Anyway, I need help, i'm scared and I need help. My name is Ashton Stevenson. My mum died, my dad went missing. We're trying to find him. They say he's , but we don't think he is. We're trying our ebst to find him and everything. We ran away from where we were. Now we're lost, we're getting hurt everytime we walk a corner. We need help. I'm not trying to be mean but she is. Shes in love with a new boy all the time. We all love doesnt happen 8 times a year. It's not an exagerattion she liked 8 boys this school year alone and she claims to be in love. She pines away over them and gets some of them only to dump them a week later. She thinks the only way to get a boys attention is to dress like a slut. Shes said this to me. She will wear a pound of makeup, short skirts, huge heels and tight shirts to school. She was dating a senior and was pratically stalking him for months. She said she slept with them and thought she was pregnant. She has a new boyfriend that shes been with 2 months ( a record for her) and says shes already slept with him. We are only 15 years old and shes acting like this. I can't deal with her anymore. I fear shes going to get worse as we get older. What should I do??

well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and turns away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? also i got a friend to talk to her and she said she wanted to talk to me. i'm kinda confused now. i also noticed shes been trying to talk to me but is too shy.she also threw a ball up piece of paper at me then turned around quickly. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. should talk to her?

We live together with his 12yr old son after cheating on me. I forgave and took him back. He proposed about 2yrs ago and gave me a ring, but he says we are not ready to be married yet. But get this he has no problems with us living together. I am about ready to ask him to leave. I can't continue to live like this. Yes it is because of my relationship with God.

This guy i've been one a couple of dates set up a date for me to come cook for him saturday night.. I called him that day to confirm and he didn't call me back... i sent him a text a couple hours later just asking what was up.. I didn't want to be a stalker and call again, but i was wondering if something happened to him or if i was blown off so i asked a friend to call to see if he would pick up his phone(immature i know..) and he answered. i'm not upset that he wasn't interested (bc i didn't know him that wel)l.. but i'm upset that he didn't even think enough of me to call and cancel the date. at least a text message would've been ok. i really want to call him a couple days to let him know i didn't appreciate that.. i guess he wouldn't care, but i want to get it off my chest..

i haven't had a boyfriend since 8th grade, and all the ones i passed up weren't my type. now, it's hard to find the right guy. i am focused on my studies and have plenty of friends, i'd just like to start a relationship. i'm in 10th, but i skipped a grade, but i told this one guy i liked him, and he was a freshman. he said he didn't have a girl and he was really shy, but out of all the times to get nervous, i sounded a lil corny by saying were you interested in a relationship. he was like i don't know. ever since then, all he would do was look at me. the he stopped and started avoiding me. about a week ago, a missed mon-wed of school, and when i got back, he just startd staring at me again and kind of coming closer(sitting at the next luch table over). this sounds simple, but i don't know what to do? i also have guy friends that are really nice to me (really really nice, and come to me with everything). help!

My father passed away last Sunday. His divorce from his ex-wife (not my mother) was final in May 2006. He did not change the beneficiary on his life insurance before he died. The ex-wife is still on the policy. He had a messy divorce with her where he had to pay her a lump sum amount of money and she would therefore have no right to his assets. The divorce decree did not specifically state anything about the policies though. Is there a way that my brothers and sisters can fight this so that she is not given the money? My father clearly did not want her to have it, she was estranged from him (Iiving in another state) for over 5 years (they were legally married under 5 years). He has had restraining orders on her etc. Does any of this matter or will she wind up getting the money anyay?

So- I was in the car with my boyfriend last night coming home from a party. I happened to be speeding and on my cell phone and we got pulled over. I had been drinking but honestly wasn't near being drunk. I would never, neverr drive drunk. Anyway- I got pulled over by a cop and did the usual-- flirted with him to get out of a ticket. Any girl would do that. I mean, seriously. Well, the cop let us go and my boyfriend was just like "What the hell was THAT?" And, I told him that I just didn't want us to get into trouble. He just didn't understand and got all upset and was like- "You just can't freaking flirt with anyone you want, Sum." We pretty much argued all the way home.

Anyway- I guess my "question" is: How many of you guys have ever flirted with a cop to keep yourselves out of trouble? And, does anyone else think it's wrong?

This would really help me prove to Trevor that a lot of people do it. Thanks! Take care guyss...

my bf2 days ago asked if he could come over my house n i told him yes bc i never get to c him but then he tells me that he cant that he is going to a bball game i was upset cuz i really wanted to c him then he tells me that he will try n come over the next day i talked to him on the phone and we were both gettin tired so he told me that he will call me n the morning he didnt call at all i would have called but he told me that he was goin to a funeral so i didnt want 2 interupt him or anything finally he calls at like 7 askin me y didnt i call i tell him bc u said that u would call n his response was o i wanted 2 c how long it would take u 2 call me if i didnt call i got mad cuz i thought it was messed up then he gets an attitude after that he tells me that he is goin to the movies n i was like huh? he said yea if u called me earlier then i would have been able to come i told him how i felt like an idiot cuz my mom got mad bout me sayin idk if he comin am i overreactin its not the1 time

This isn't the first time this has happened. We have an 8 year old together or else I would have left a long time ago. Should I just grin and bear it till my son is 18 or pack up and leave. I am financially able to do so. I love him but question how much he must love me to be searching for sex outside the home. He complains that he's not getting "it" enough from me but why would I want to give it up when I know that he hasn't been honest with me in most areas of our relationship. WHAT SHOULD I DO???? Am I just fooling myself in thinking he'll change? Am I just sticking my head in the sand? Do you think he's done more than just filled out a simple profile?
