My advice to you is if you don't trust her for whatever reason, don't torture yourself this way, it will not work out in the long run. Do yourself a favor and go for women you can trust a 100%, otherwise you never truly be happy.

When a man cheats, everybody know he is, when a women does nobody knows. If things add up wrong, is the only thing, she talks on the phone and walks in the other room, when she use to talk to anyone in front of you. If she is changing her underwear 2 or 3 times a day. if she gets a make over and changes the type of clothes she wears, cuts her hair, she is getting ready for a change.

stop being paranoid she will leave you if you dont trust her
if she is being unfaithful
her mobile phone will be on vibrate only
she will leave the room when talking on the phone
she will often cancel a call and say it was a wrong number
she will avoid spending a lot of time with you
she will often be late for appointments with you
all of the above can have many other reasons attached to them also
